Good distance from the metro. The hotel has very shabby finishings. I had to ask for a change in room as shower wasn't working properly. The alternative room also had an issue with the shower with poor temperature control and water coming out of the back of the shower head. Soundproofing is poor which meant that i was woken up by a group of individuals outside at 2.00am.

The property is extremely rundown, with showered, that does not work properly, mold, growing in the corners of their shower cabin. In addition, it does not have air conditioning, which was not mentioned anywhere. We were unfortunate to visit in the hottest time of the year. Despite of the fact that we told them we need to move out immediately in the beginning of four days stay, the staff was extremely unhelpful and refused a refund. We had to file a dispute with our credit card to get our money back.

La chambre était très vieillotte avec moquette noir au sol. Une paroie de douche plutôt qu'un rideau de douche serait plus hygiénique. En revanche rien à dire sur le personnel. Agréable, accueillant, petit dej très bien.

L’accueil était ok. La propreté de la chambre aussi, malgré une chaussette oubliée en dessous de l’armoire, quelques poils et des toiles d’araignées au plafond de la salle de bain. Les draps étaient propres. Il est cependant étrange de devoir laisser la clé de notre chambre au propriétaire et de devoir prévenir lorsque nous devons rentrer. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit

Séjour correct mais petite déception

Très bien situé (5min à pied d’une station de métro et Monoprix à 100m), quartier calme la nuit donc pour dormir c’est parfait. Literie correcte et propre mais la salle de bain est clairement le point noir de la chambre (état général)

Hôtel brasserie ancien sans ascenseur, mais propre. Bien situé, à proximité commerces et transports Un personnel très agréable, vous proppsabt leur aide, vous donnant des conseils pendant votre séjour. Peu mieux faire pour le petit-déjeuner. Repas très bon.

Insalubridade, péssimo e terrivel

Simplesmente insalubre ficar neste lugar. Chegamos no quarto, totalmente empoeirado, roupas de camas com cheiro de gordura, lençol gerando coceiras em nosso corpo. A porta ao lado simplesmente era um local de guardar lixo do hotel, como mostra a imagem. O banheiro não há condições de usar. Com mal cheiro, teto vasado, escuro e úmido. Um absurdo deixarem uma propriedade dessa no site de vocês.

Hôtel bien situé proche du métro. Literie assez confortable. En revanche la propreté de la salle de bains est vraiment à revoir : poussière qui pend entre les lattes du faux plafond et sur le dessus des prises, traces de dentifrice sur les murs…

Para el precio de la habitación me parece bastante caro, carece de ascensor y la puerta principal no abre más de la mitad porque da en la mesa que apenas coge en la habitación, el baño de pena, en mal estado y mejor no mirar al techo, el colchón viejo e incómodo. El personal amable…) pero el alojamiento tiene que mejorar mucho.

Peaceful Stay In Malakoff

There’s nothing like having a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance but having peace and quiet of a nice neighborhood. The metro station is super close, and the staff are warm and friendly.
