A never ending nightmare!!

First of all, the rooms are tiny, around 11m2, with the sink OUTSIDE the bathroom. My room was at the last floor and I had to bend to take my shower properly. My room was freezing. After patiently waiting for the air to get warm (which never happened) until 1am, I asked the staff that replied they will only put the heaters on in November ... WHAT ? I ended up sleeping with all my warmest cloth, 3 blankets and a portable heater ... A real nightmare. Secondly, someone entered in my locked room (without breaking the door, so I am highly suspecting the staff) and broke my locked luggage in order to steal cash money, which luckily I didn't have in there. Two other rooms were robbed that night. In the end, my luggage is broken, I had to go to the police but nothing was done, not even a sorry from the hotel staff ... Breakfast was good though. If you think of booking this hotel, an advise , RUN.

Fair 2-star hotel option in Paris XVII.

This is a 2-star boutique hotel, better to have it in mind to manage expectations. Room was modern and clean, recently refurbished, reception front desk was friendly, helpful and professional, location is good (Rome station & boulevard Batignolles). On the flip side, the main issue is the poor sound insulation, you can hear the people talking in the adjacent room(s) + the doors are poorly fitted and are slapped by guests. Overall it is a fair 2-star option in Paris XVII district, as long as you can secure a good rate.

Good accommodation to explore Paris.

I have stayed 2 nights in the hotel, with colleagues, on business trip. The hotel's location is very good in terms of accessibility by public transport (10 min walk from St. Lazare train station., 3 min walk from Rome subway station). Small brasseries are nearby for a dinner, the street is not very noisy. The first impression was the very friendly staff at reception, I really liked how they supported us with check in, and also later on with breakfast and so on. I did not like that we had to pay upfront, this is not usual, I felt like un-trustful against the guests. The elevator and the bath room are really tiny, but ok for the purposes. The room was very clean. There is no A/C in the room, we had no issue as the outside temperature was good (not very hot), but on hot summer days this might be an issue (my room was on the top floor). The breakfast was simple, but sufficient: bagette, croissant, butter, jam, hot drinks. The price - value for the 2 star hotel was ok, I would stay there next time again with pleasure, and I would certainly recommend for business purpose and also for private stay for tourists who do not spend the daytime in the hotel, just need a simple, clean and quiet accommodation for decent price to explore Paris.

Atroce. Véritable porcherie et personnel agressif

Hôtel sale, immonde, chambre simple de 2m2 à peine, on se sent comme dans une cellule de prison. Réceptionniste très agressif, menace ses clients, ambiance "mafieuse", on ne se sent guère en sécurité dans cet hôtel, qui est une véritable honte pour la profession. D'ailleurs, si j'en juge par les commentaires archi négatifs des autres voyageurs qui ont vécu les mêmes mésaventures (tout ça pour un tarif exorbitant de plus de 100 euros, alors que cet hôtel pourri n'est même pas digne d'y accueillir un chien - pauvre bête !! ), je ne suis pas la seule à le dire ni à le penser. Aucune insonorisation. Lit cradingue, punaises et cheveux dans les draps. Odeur infecte dans la chambre et dans la literie. Pas d'eau chaude, sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Cet hôtel devrait fermer. Il faudrait leur envoyer l'inspection de l'hygiène illico presto. Fuyez, vous sauverez votre peau et votre portefeuille !!!

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Dommage que la douche ne soit pas séparée des WC car même en faisant attention, après avoir pris la douche le sol reste mouillé pour accéder aux wc, ce n'est pas très pratique. Sinon le personnel est très sympa et à l'écoute. L'hôtel garde aussi vos bagages si besoin ce qui est bien pratique en fonction des horaires de départ. De plus il est plutôt bien situé à 30 minutes à pied de Montmartre, proche des transports en commun, au calme tout en étant à quelques minutes de rues animées... Bref très bon séjour, je recommande cet hôtel.

Bra läge, med många trevliga restauranger nära även nära till flera tunnelbanestationer som gjorde att det var lätt att ta sig dig och därifrån runt om i hela Paris. Huvudbyggnaden på hotellet var under renovering och lobbyn var fräsch. Tyvärr var vårt rum långt i från fräscht. Det var trångt, gammalt och slitet. Fanns ingenstans att packa upp kläder eller ens lägga resväskan. En dag när vi kom tillbaka efter en dag i Paris hade städerskan glömt stänga vår dörr, så den hade stått öppen hela dagen!! Som tur var hade ingenting blivit stulet. När vi påtalade detta för personalen tog dom det med en klackspark och tyckte att det inte var så farligt. Sängarna och kuddarna var tyvärr långt ifrån bekväma och vi flyttade runt hela familjen för att alla skulle få någon sömn. WiFi fungerade tyvärr inte heller i vårt rum (eller i receptionen för den delen heller). Så detta hotell har lite att jobba på innan vi överväger att komma tillbaka

A éviter absolument !

Des travaux, porte du logement qui s ouvre mal, portes qui claquent,minuscule, un petit chat qui vient faire ses besoins dans sa litière dans la cuisine pendant le petit déjeuner, ascenseur en panne avec chambre au 5ème étage. Déplorable et tout ça pour 150€ la. Nuit!
