I've seen negative reviews about this hotel on this and other platforms, but our experience was quite the opposite. Based on reviews, we thoroughly checked our rooms for bedbugs and found none. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The bathroom in our first floor room was spacious enough for my son's wheelchair, and it was an excellent bathroom for someone with limited mobility. We were surprised that despite our room facing the street, it was quite quiet at night. We slept well. The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. This is a no-frills hotel, but you get an excellent deal with its low rates (especially for this being Paris). I give my review 4 stars because the mattresses are hard and the pillows lumpy, as well as because we were told we couldn't be provided with extra pillows. Other than that, we will gladly stay here if we return to Paris.

Cheap (for Paris) but not very cheerful

The shower curtain was covered in black mould - which was even more remarkable as the wall next to the bath was at 30 degrees from horizontal, so it was almost impossible to stand while taking a shower. No plug in the sink. Air conditioning not working. On the plus side, it is just 5 or 6 minutes from the metro and 10 from the Paris expo site. Bed linen was clean...

Rip off 0 star hotel, with rip off receptionist.

Hotel was advertised as having WIFI which was not available within my room, making it unsuitable to work on my laptop. Booking was made on the availability of WIFI. My room was dirty, stains on the walls carpet was black with dirt. Apart from small bar of hand soap no shower gel was provided. No shower head stand was provided. My room was left uncleaned for two days. Receptionist demanded 10Euros cash to allow me leave my suitcase in reception, and wanted another 10Euros for a receipt! Receptionist would not order a taxi for me, so I have too wander the streets for 30minutes in the rain looking for a taxi rank. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Three star rating was completely false. I have deleted Hotels.com app and will not book through this site again.

Wir waren 2 Nächte da. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder machen und würde diese Unterkunft wählen weil mir einfach die Atmosphäre gefallen hat, die Umgebung…. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice place,needs a refresh

The staff was friendly and easy to work with, the bedding was clean there were clean towels. the shower was pretty dated the bathroom was clean but had mildew or mold. The building was rundown and fairly old. The carpets in the building were bad makes you wonder if it had something in there. The location is really good It didn't take long to get to the Eifel Tower. Access to restaurants and grocery stores were really good. can't really complain too much the place is comparable to a hotel 6.

Ingen Kylskåp eller minibar i rummet

Det står i annonsen att rummet har kylskåp och minibar. Men det fanns ingen av dem och hotel personal sa att det var hotels.com som skrev fel. Rummet var för lite för tre personer. Men det var rent, rumsevice var tillgänglig varje dag. Hotellet var nära Metro och allt man behöver . Läget var väldigt bra. DEt är en gammalt hotel som man ser på skräck filmer men det var värt pengarna.

we waren met zn drieën, met 1 kind, in 3 persoonskamer. fijne douche met apart ligbad netjes en goede bedden. ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. hotel in de buurt van metro en in de buurt ook winkels en restaurants

Look, it is what it is... basic room in Paris. Bed and sheets were clean, so was towel, shower was hot, the important things were fine. Yesterday was 39C, and of course no AC, but the window worked, sorry neighbors, I needed that air. But cannot get more stars as was generally grimey.... not somewhere to take a loved one.

HORRIBLE, chambre infestée de puces de lit après avoir les avis (ce que j’aurais du faire avant) ce n’est pas la première fois et ils n’apportent aucune solution. Les chargés de l’hôtel sans dédouane complètement avec mauvaise foi et sans excuses ni remboursement sachant clairement que ce n’est pas la première fois. On s’est retrouvé avec plein de piqûre la seule chose qu’il vont vous proposer est de vous changer de chambre (elle aussi infesté)

Das Zimmer ist nicht den Preis wert. Der Safe defekt, das Bad schreit nach einer Renovierung, die Vorhänge bräuchten eine Waschmaschine und umfallen ist dem Zimmer nicht möglich. Der Fahrstuhl hält nur zwischen den Etagen und eine Grundrenovierung täte dem Hotel gut. Das Frühstück ist das Geld auch nicht wert. Es gab nur Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne, Einzelpackungen Marmelade und Nutella-Ersatz und als einzigen Käse ein Mini-Kiri, keine Wurst, nur ein Sorte Brot.

2 nuits dans Paris XVème

A part le fait que le tapis de l'entrée a fait son temps, que les radiateurs de la chambre n'ont plus de régulateurs, ni de bouton à la chasse d'eau, que le voilage blanc est passé au gris moyen, le confort général correspond au petit tarif de la chambre. Je ne connais pas la qualité du petit déjeuner minimaliste. Le personnel est cordial, le quartier tranquille. Une expérience non renouvelable.

Deux nuits passées dans l'établissement. Première nuit : découverte de punaises de lit dans la chambre (au passage, il n'y avait pas de télécommande mais pas grave). Changement de chambre à 1h du matin pour une nouvelle chambre.... très sale (des gateaux et des emballages de gateau par terre, mais je ne pense pas qu'il était prévu que la chambre soit prête pour 1h du matin) et surtout, avec des punaises de lit !!! Deuxième nuit : nouvelle chambre : impeccable ! Je pourrais critiquer cet hotel mais j'ai trouvé le personnel vraiment à l'écoute et réactif. C'est des choses qui peuvent arriver. Par contre, certains voyageurs pourraient se souvenir qu'ils sont dans un hôtel !
