Close to tgv, bars and restaurants

We chose this hotel as it was a 3 minute walk to Montparnasse tgv station. So easy to get there in the morning to catch an early train. Despite being a Friday night and close to lots of bars and restaurants, we found it quiet and comfortable. Quite a small room and tiny 1 person elevator but this is fairly normal in Paris and easy to accomodate

We got there late greeted with a smile, informative reception. Room was bigger than expected clean and comfortable. Good location for restaurants and Transport.

We had an excellent stay at the Arcadie Montparnasse over New Years Eve. Cant speak highly enough about the staff on reception. They were all really helpful and very friendly. Room was great. We had no issues with it at all, very clean and was perfect for what we needed. We only had breakfast on the first morning, as we left early on both other days to beat the queues at Notre Dame and the Louvre. But the breakfast was wonderful, and it set us up perfectly for the day ahead. Excellent little hotel. Is perfectly located to nearby trains which connect you to any part of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a great place to stay, but the walls don’t have soundproofing. So, if you are not into sharing and being part of someone else's conversation with your neighbors, maybe it's not for you. But besides the sound the staff is fantastic, and they are very attention to their customers

I booked this hotel, because Hotels.com listed they had an airport shuttle. This is an untrue fact. Hotel apologized, but I feel this information was misleading by Hotels.com. The breakfast was fine. The room was very clean and the front desk very courteous.

A small hotel as expected in Paris, our rooms were tastefully decorated and the bathroom in ours was very recently renovated and beautiful. We struggled with our stroller and luggage as the elevator was quite small but we managed. Breakfast left some desire and would recommend going to one of the restaurants in the area instead. Breakfast attendant acted put out by the fact that we were there and there wasn’t much for options. Overall a great stay but again would just not include breakfast at 12E pp.
