Do not go for breakfast after 8:50am as you will not find a table, food or juices available. It will take 10 minutes to get out of the hotel as the elevator only fits 3 people and very tight (as most French buildings). Stairs are tight so anybody with mobility issues may have problems getting in and out. There are stairs only to the second floor where you can take the elevator or stairs to access the upper floors. Tv in room had a broken screen and room on the 7th floor had mold in the ceiling (it was cleaned) when I complained. Room was clean.

A clean comfortable little hotel with staff who put themselves out to be helpful and kind. One small negative point is the distance from the centre of Paris, but good transport links on the doorstep. Would visit again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room has an Eiffel Tower view. When you step out of the hotel, you'll steps away from bus stop and Metro 4 line, which is the direct line from/to Gare Du Nord (Eurostar station). Our room is nice and the beds are comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in/out is fast and easy. The room is comfy and clean. The soundproofing is not good. There are sounds when the next door is going in/out.

Very clean hotel but needs better night staff

Hotel was clean with a fabulous breakfast and attentive breakfast staff. However, hotel was locked when I arrived shortly after 23:35 and had to wait outside for the night employee to let me in after 00:10 along with other hotel guests that were waiting to get into the hotel. Terrible to lock guests out of the hotel for such a long period of time. Elevator was broken the last day so that did not help either. Hotel is outside the metro with many stores nearby so location is fabulous.

A good hotel, the room is excellent, the place is excellent, but the left was not working most days and I was on the sixth floor but they fix it . There is an employee at the reception whose name Danilson is Excellent. His service is excellent and he is quick to solve problems and helps you with anything you want. I give he 5 stars.

Location was good near station and tram but there was no other facility in the hotel. Getting to hotel lift was big task as it was from the 1st Floor and if you have luggage it’s a hectic task to get through it. Also they had mentioned balcony but room was allotted without balcony. Front desk was not that courteous.
