  • Workshop loft just outside Paris, steps from the metro and shops. Located in Montreuil, this 70 m² loft accommodates up to 6 guests with a living room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. Central Paris is 20 minutes away by metro, and large parks are nearby.



    Enjoy a private garden, a covered terrace and an outdoor terrace, as well as a shared barbecue. On-site parking and a garage are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the property has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and video on demand. A coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer are provided.
