The Space:

Fancy 75m2 apartment to welcome up to 6 travelers looking for discovering our beautiful capital. It is on the second floor with elevator. This chic 75m2 apartment is both bright and spacious. The apartment with Parisian charm and very functional. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The first double bedroom is next to the living room. The 2nd double bedroom is in a closed mezzanine. There is also a large bathroom with shower, please note that the toilet is separate from the shower room. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, is particularly pleasant as it is very well equipped. Pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television. All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home! A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located at 3 minutes walking to the Place de l'Opéra. At 5 minutes away by foot to the famous area Les Grands Boulevards. It very close to Grevin Museum and with walking distance to Place de la Bourse, The French Comedy, Louvre Museum, Royal Palace, Tuileries Garden, Place Vendôme, Place de la Madeleine,... For shopping addicts: Les Galeries Lafayette, Les Printemps and Citadium are located at 10-minute walk from the apartment. In an upscale neighborhood with lots of luxury stores and restaurants. You are in the center of Paris! You will be able to visit plenty of famous places by walk. ## Transportation The metro line 3 at the station Quatre Septembre is at one minute away by foot from the apartment. A little further at 5 minutes walking, you can grab the metro line 8 & 9 at Richelieu - Drouot. The metro line 7 and the RER A located at the station Auber is at 5 minutes away by foot. Vélib is located at 30 seconds away by foot. Visiting Paris has never been so easy!



Getting Around:

Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM. It might possible to check-in with other hours, depending on availability, please contact me. A passport or European ID is required upon arrival.



Other Things to Note:

There is a renovation of facade on the neighboring building which might cause noise disturbance on Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 - 14:00. Keys are to be collected at a different address ( 2 minutes by foot from the apartment).



In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement, quick and simple ✅



Interaction with Guests:

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
