The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge with a cosy corner sofa, a chaise longue that converts into a double bed, a beautiful armchair and a television. The numerous large windows provide plenty of light at any time of day.
The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, filter coffee machine, utensils and crockery.

The accommodation includes a bedroom that has been carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity. It is located upstairs, accessible via a charming spiral staircase.
The bed (double – size 140 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for you to settle in comfortably.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror.

The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area: a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or for a moment of calm.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very heterogeneous: it naturally includes the Latin Quarter, and therefore houses a very large student population, but also the Pantheon and its rue Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive in Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Romans who make the whole an extremely tourist sector.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
