the staircase. The garage located on this level is not accessible
to guests.

2nd FLOOR — SLEEPING AREA

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is accessed via a staircase, with one flight between the entrance and the living area, followed by a second flight leading to the bedrooms. There is no lift.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, with
complete privacy.

You enter directly from the street through a door that
is yours alone: no building lobby, no shared hallway
, and no neighbors to run into. The apartment is part of
a small, very quiet condominium with only 4 units.

A private parking space is reserved for you outside.
The enclosed garage on the ground floor is not included in the rental.

You can check in at any time using a secure key box. I’ll be available via text message throughout your stay.
