This charming residence can accommodate up to 8 people, offering a peaceful haven surrounded by nature while remaining close to the magical attractions.

The house comprises a lovely entrance hall with a wardrobe. On one side, you have access to the first suite, the open-plan living and dining area of ​​40 square meters. The lounge area features a large sofa for three people, a coffee table large enough for drinks, and armchairs and poufs all around.

The dining area has a large, modern glass table that can be extended to seat eight people.

Next is the 15-square-meter fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and separate toilet.

Eric and Theresa’s house was perfect for my disabled son, his friend and 2 carers for their visit to Disneyland Paris. It is well equipped with everything they needed, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Theresa organised and fitted a stair gate which was above and beyond. Close to the Disney parks and other amenities such as a supermarket and a restaurant. Thank you Theresa and Eric, the boys will be back.

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Home

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The gas grill was a great bonus for outdoor cooking, and the garden was a lovely spot to relax. The contact with the hosts was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Nice property and owners withcentral Paris within easy reach

Very nice tiny house in large backyard of the main house, with everything you need. Modern, functional and clean. Large, covered outdoorspace. Very nice, helpfull and easygoing owners. Railway station within 10 minute drive. From there only 30 minutes towards Gare de l ‘Est. So central Paris and Eorodisney within very easy reach.

Fantastic!!!!!

This property was exactly as advertised, a beautiful clean home, with a lovely garden. We stayed whilst visiting disneyland, very close to bus stop which takes you there directly. The hosts Eric and Theresa, what can I say, the most kind hearted welcoming people , we arrived late on the friday night , when I awoke on the Saturday morning Eric had gone to the shops and bought bread, butter, milk and Jam and left by the back door, such a lovely thing to do. Eric also took me in his car to the local supermarket so I could buy food for dinner. I would highly recommended this property and would definitely stay again . 5 star rating from me.

Beautiful property and location for Disney

Eric and Theresa are extremely helpful hosts . The pictures don’t do this house and grounds justice . Lovely clean and spacious. Very comfortable and has everything you could want and need . We went with our adult children and their husband wife and grandchildren to go to Disneyland . Bus stop is round the corner 10 mins walk with buses running regularly. It takes 10-15 mins to get to Disney. Bolt or Uber taxis a reasonable option and readily available.Eric took us to the supermarket on arrival . It felt like we had two holidays in one Disney all day and back to enjoy and relax in this beautiful place. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing house in the countryside

The house was perfect and the Owners were very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this house if u want to stay just outside Paris near Disney in a charming house in a quit country neighborhood.

We traveled with our 3 year old during our stay. This place was perfect!! We only had the pleasure of meeting Eric during our stay and he couldn’t have been more helpful, 5-stars! He even drove my family to purchase food at the local grocery store and offered balls for our son to kick around, overall great host. As mentioned in the listing, we had access to the whole yard behind our room, and our son enjoyed every moment of the outdoor space. We even barbecued in the back for dinner. Just be extremely careful with the stairs, they are very narrow and steep. We traveled by bus to both Val-de-Europe and the Disney parks, SUPER simple! We loved how close the bus was and how easy to travel in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I would recommend if you are visiting Disney!

Sehr gute Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Disneyland und Paris

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dem Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Im Haus haben wir alles wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut - ca. 30 Minuten bis Paris und ca. 15 Minuten ins Disneyland. Eine gut frequentierte Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, wenn man sich die Parkgebühren in Paris oder Disneyland sparen möchte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder für unseren nächsten Tripp nach Paris!

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Mein Mann war mit seinem Sohn für 5 Nächte dort, um das Disneyland und Paris zu besuchen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, der Check in ganz einfach, zumal die Ankunft erst Nachts war. Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Das Auto hatte auch einen schönen Platz. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Für unseren 3-tägigen Besuch im Disneyland Paris entschieden wir uns für das Ferienhaus von Theresa und Eric. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft ist sehr modern ausgestattet, top gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es ist sowohl in der Ferienwohnung als auch im Ort alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auch der Bus ist fußläufig erreichbar (auch direkte Fahrt zum Disneyland). Bis in die Innenstadt von Paris sind es 45min! Die Vermieter sind super freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 😁

Relaxing and Fulfilling

I booked Mr Curey’s location on September 10, communication began shortly after. Before my arrival I had to change some dates and was accommodated very professionally and worked towards my needs. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Teresa’s vacation house. The house was very clean and it got everything you need. Eric and Teresa made sure to be always available. The area was quiet and there were a number of bakeries nearby. Eric and Teresa also provided a delicious aperitif wine. The cottage is 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris and 60 minutes from Paris. A visit to Chateau de vaux le vicomte is highly recommended. Who knows we'll be back! Thank you so much Eric and Teresa.
