Excellent accueil de la part de notre hôte, gentille, souriante, aimable, attentionnée et très sociable :) très bonne communication avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Place de parking super appréciée, il est très très compliqué de se garer dans le coin ( bienvenue à Paris... ). Bouche de métro ( ligne 12 ) littéralement aux portes de l'immeuble ( sécurisé avec gardien ), ce qui permet de pas trop trainer dans ce quartier dont la réputation n'est plus à faire :)Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, excellent wifi ( fibre ), bien chauffé, SdB ok, cuisine bien équipée.Environnement calme, insonorisation moyenne mais peu de bruit pendant notre séjour.
