Good location for cafes, metro & shops. Accommodation ok but 67 steps via a poorly lit winding staircase with uneven treads and risers. Dont recall any mention of that in advert

I have not met the host but the responding time from the host was not great. The host did not reply at all to my messages. I had to contact the VRBO customer services. There is no elevator and was not listed in the description. Or i just missed read it. My elder parents with mobility issues had to walk up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor which was a bi difficult for them. It would be nicer if they have elevator

This apartment is a typical example of Parisian living, efficiently utilizing the limited space available. The windows face the street, allowing for plenty of natural light to fill the room. Upon checking in, I discovered that the electric kettle was leaking, and I reported this issue to the management immediately. While they acknowledged the problem, it was never addressed during my stay.Additionally, the kitchen was lacking some basic utensils, including a kitchen knife, a cutting board, and a dish strainer. The lid of the trash can was broken as well.When these issues are addressed, it will be an even better apartment.
