This home was fully renovated with 4 comfortable bedrooms, making it the perfect place for an authentic Parisian stay.
The space
Did you know that this once used to be where Francis S. Fitzgerald lived in Paris back in the 30s? Actually, a part of his novel The Great Gatsby has probably been written from the comfort of this apartment.

4 bedrooms arranged as follows:

- Bedroom 4 with a double bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 8 people and can accommodate up to 10 people

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions with one of our partners, near the apartment
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator accessible on the 1st floor, after 15 steps)

There is an elevator, but please note that there are some stairs to reach it.
Other things to note
House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
