It's in a good location, but the room is very small, and the sofa bed had a corner that is slightly ripped. During the entire stay, I was not able to get access to wifi because the organization was unable to provide me with the right information. I followed up every day, but the wifi was never accessible.

Hello, While the assistance was attentive, the conditions of the flat advertised as "luxury" was significantly below that definition. The ceiling was mouldy, there was a large hole in the sofa, and the shelf above the television was falling out of the wall. There was not even one small rail or wardrobe area to place any clothing. We were woken up at 8:30 every morning to the sound of incredibly loud drilling with no stop for hours. The location of the flat was the only redeeming quality. Belvilla was kind enough to provide me with a fan after request, however this stay was far from "luxury" - definitely at this price.
