Great location, walkable to most landmarks ( Louvre, Montmartre, Ile de la Cite, Notre Dame ). Shopping nearby ( Aldi, Carrefour and Place d’Italie ). Close to Metro 6, good transportation options to CDG and Orly as well by public transportation.

Nice Hotel

Great hotel for a moderate price! We had a bit more space in the hotel room than is typical for Paris. The hotel is only half a block from the Metro 5 or 6. We also enjoyed the free coffee and cappuccinos on the garden patio every morning.

Citadine Austerlitz

The Citadine Austerlitz was just perfect. Location was ideal for the Metro and enjoying some leisurely meals and drinks. There were lovely bars and restaurants very close. We had a great 1 bed apartment with all the facilities. Breakfast was very good value. We slept well as the hotel was really quiet.

Very convenient location

Very convenient location, just a bit out of touristy area, in the nice and quiet residential area! But still can walk to The Seine River and the C Line/Metro 6 line in about 17 minutes, and we walked all the way back from the Eiffel Tower one day. Also, a quick walk to the Metro 5 line, also 10 line but we did not take that line. Very good for longer stays, we stayed for 6 nights. The only complaint is there is only one dryer (2 washers) in the laundry room.

The distance to main piazza and museums was a little long for my kids, but the adults had no problem getting to the main piazza. Great help from the staff to call taxis. The breakfast buffet was way more than we had expected! A lovely surprise on our first morning. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and set up!

Very easy booking online. Close to transportation. Very friendly staff and management. Safe and comfortable. Convenient in and out. Strong wifi. Very good coffee facility. Beautiful yard. We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly, communication was clear, everything was smooth. It was nice having access to the coffee machine all day. No a/c but luckily it wasnt that hot and there was a fan in the room. We had a little balcony which was nice. Our toilet was separate from the shower/sink which we weren’t expecting and was odd but we managed. The rooms were clean however we noticed a few tiny insects (ants, another bigger bug) in our room up on the 6th floor. Not a huge deal, it happens, and I’m just glad they weren’t bed bugs!

Accommodations are rather basic at this facility; that said, the property was clean, safe, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Check in was easy, even after some issues with our flights. They do speak English. The bed was comfortable, but storage was lacking. There is heat, but no air conditioning. A fan was provided which was highly effective in October temperatures. They do have a small elevator. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and two groceries. There are also two Metro stations within easy walking distance, and a major station with a shopping mall about a 15 minute walk away. Staff was friendly, and they have an overnight security person. The neighborhood is a working-class residential area in the 13th Arrondisement; it is off the beaten path but far less touristy than other areas. We would stay again.

Hotel is in a quiet location. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Needed to request a hairdryer and extra blankets and was able to quickly pick up at the lobby. We stayed on the first floor next to the lobby. It was surprisingly quiet considering the other guest checking in and going up and down the elevators. Room was comfortable. I would stay here again.

The counter staff have been very helpful. I was having issues with my next accommodation booking in another French city and they assisted me as I could not speak French and was new in town. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Paris. The place was highly accessible by metro and was near 2 supermarkets.

It was great but when we chike out we had abig choke since we tikd the guy on the resection that we have 6 bags thatt shold be in the hotel because we will back next day but he sayed after we bring them down that he do not have enough space
