For the location it's 10/10. Everything works in the flat, hot water, wifi etc. However, flat definitely need an uplift.

The location is great...as described close to the Notre Dame and major bus routes. So many shops and cafes to choose from. The host communicated well from the start. The door I found difficult to open as I had to pull to get it to unlock. The layout is a bit odd...room with toilet then kitchen then washroom sink and shower and then living room area. Just not used to having a bathroom sink in a different room. Elevator was convenient and overall quite a safe area.
