Quiet retreat

This was exactly what we needed for our visit of Paris; quiet, clean and in close proximity to the airport. The only negative remark is that the heaters were set to Eco mode (not giving off heat) and the bathroom window was left open, so it took a bit of time to heat up the apartment.

Look somewhere else

Did not live up to the photos, beds were bad and neighborhood not the best. Smelled like a smoker lived there for a while with visible smoke stains on the ceiling. Caused my allergies to flare up, only stayed a night left for a hotel in the morning. Host did not respond.

Finger weg von diesem Apartment. Es liegt in einer schrecklichen Gegend. So sah die Wohnung auch aus. Schmutzig, abgewohnt, muffiger Geruch, ekelhafte Betten, klebriger Boden. Wir haben uns ein Hotel genommen. Der Vermieter reagiert nicht auf Mails. Das ist Betrug.

Tout c’est bien passé ma fille de 6 ans a bien aimé parce qu’il y avais des enfants de sont âge vous êtes très accueillant, alors aller voir la propriétaire ou le propriétaire le seule petit problème c’est qu’il manque un ventilateur rien d’autre .

Needs improvement

We stayed for one night and it was not pleasant. The smell of mold hit you right in the nose as you walk through the front door. The front door does not lock. The bathroom or washroom is the source of mold. The living room looks nothing like the listing it now has a broken bed. The pillows are absolutely horrific and should’ve been replaced years ago. I would not recommend unless the owner updates the listing, gets the mold fixed and replaces the bedding and pillows.

We hebben deze accommodatie geboekt, omdat we de Olympische Spelen wilden bezoeken en deze qua locatie vrij goed lag. Buiten de Olympische Spelen om zouden we er niet nogmaals heen gaan. De stoelen, bank en buitenmeubels vonden we zeer oncomfortabel, de magnetron werkte niet, de badkamer rook ontzettend muf en in het gehele appartement hing een rokerslucht.

Kurztrip

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Saubere Unterkunft, allerdings wenig Geschirr, wenn man selber kochen möchte. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin per WhatsApp, Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus im Hof parken. Nur ca. 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, gute Verbindung nach Paris Zentrum. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage.

Für einen Kurztripp gut geeignet . Nah Disneyland gelegen.

Wer nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für wenige Tage braucht der ist hier recht gut bedient. Entfernung zum Disneyland ist recht kurz. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sicher etwas zu klein. Außerdem sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden. Sofa, als Schlafplatz für 2 Personen, ist extrem ungemütlich, so dass man mit Rückenproblemen nicht darauf schlafen kann. Eine Zudecke für jeweils 2 Personen finden wir auch zu wenig. Im Großen und Ganzen ausreichend für kurze Zeit. Netter Kontakt vor Ort. Online wurde allerdings auf Fragen erst am Tag der Anreise geantwortet.

Appartement propre. Par contre le lit est à changer entièrement: lattes cassées et matelas trop fatigué. Pas assez de matériels pour la cuisine. Pour le canapé lit: une couette aurait été mieux qu'un simple plaid de plus c'est pas le même que sur l'annonce. Des détails à revoir pour plus de confort.

This place is absolutely horrible. Horrible beds, dirty, the neighborhood looks sketchy. Anyways I slept there one night and left the following morning.

Die Kommunikation und der allgemeine Ablauf war gut. Die Ausstattung war für den Preis in Ordnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der Geruch in der Wohnung (muffig)

Pas enchanté

Plusieurs éléments décrits dans l'annonce ou dans les appréciations ne correspondaient pas avec notre séjour. Sur la photos l'appartement semble très lumineux. Bien qu'il y ait beau soleil, il demeure très sombre. Il y a de nombreux équipements dont au moins un fonctionne pas la cafetière. Les murs, le four et les vitres ne sont pas propres. Enfin si la quartier est calme, l'isolation est très limitée donc les bruits de l'appartement du dessous sont très perceptibles particulièrement durant la nuit. Ue description et des commentaires plus représentatifs seraient appréciables.
