This nice, clean duplex apartment is situated in an incredibly convenient location. There are countless wonderful restaurants and supermarkets just steps away. Major attractions like the Louvre and the Musée d’Orsay are within a pleasant, walkable distance—about a 30-minute stroll through the historic Marais district.
Above all, the highlight of our stay was the host. He was incredibly responsive to all our questions about the apartment and the neighborhood, and proved to be exceptionally resourceful and helpful.
Although there was some ongoing exterior wall renovation during our stay, it did not bother us as much as we initially anticipated. The host thoughtfully provided two electric fans—one for the downstairs bedroom and another for the upstairs living room. We were also fortunate that the weather in Paris was pleasantly mild during our visit.
Finding an apartment with a bathtub has become quite rare in Paris, so we truly appreciated having one here, along with the convenience of a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the washing machine’s drying function was an excellent bonus.
We had a wonderful time in Paris and would absolutely love to stay in this apartment again!
