If an in-person key handover is needed and you arrive between 19:00–21:59, a €50 fee applies. From 22:00–00:59, the fee is €90, and after 01:00 it's €120. All in-person check-in fees must be paid in cash upon arrival. Notify us by SMS or email if you are delayed.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for inspections, maintenance, cleanings, or viewings with reasonable notice, or without notice in emergencies. Viewings may take place between 08:00–19:00. For bookings over €1000, payment may be required via secure link or bank transfer for verification and banking purposes.
