The size of the apartment is 50 square meters (550 square feet i e.); up to 5 people can enjoy maximum comfort (possibly 6 with extra beds). The apartment has just been renovated, it is brand new and is rented for the first time. It retains its traditional appearance and charming in a typical Parisian apartment (wooden beams and floors), but modern design (fully designed by an architect) makes it functional and practical. Located in the heart of the Marais, you are within walking distance of the most important museums, art galleries, restaurants and trendy boutiques. you will be one block from the Picasso Museum, an easy walk to the Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet Museum and the Pompidou Centre.

Perfect spot for two

We had the most wonderful time in le Marais. The flat was centrally located, so comfortable and very clean. The little room off the bathroom has a skylight, which made it perfect for me as a bedroom (my mom stayed in the big bed). Host was responsive and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place, peaceful, in the heart of Como.

This place is an oaisis in the middle of the hussle of Como. Only issue is that if you have a lot of bags, and you're not able to carry them up many stairs (60) this will be very difficult for you. If not, then this is a phenominal place to stay, with lots of space.

We stayed in Paris for 3 nights. The appartment is located very centrally. Walkable various restaurants and cafes, even supermarkets. You have everything you need, although the second sleeping room with 2 mattresses is quite perfect for children but not good for adults as it has very low ceiling. For us a wonderful stay in central parus.

Charming apartment in a great area

Our family of five enjoyed our stay in Paris in this charming apartment. The location was great… close to a supermarket, restaurants and easily walkable to all transportation. Air conditioning was a huge perk as the street was loud at times. We were glad to have laundry (wash and dry) as well. The apartment was nicely stocked and comfortable for our stay in Paris!

The space is very nice and bright with a great rooftop view. It is on the 5th floor and the elevator is quite small so I took the stairs most the time, but a great location to explore the city from!

This compact apartment offers a small but complete kitchen, well-designed bathroom and comfortable bed. The top floor location affords lovely views across the rooftops of the neighborhood. Wonderful gem

A wonderful, charming flat to use as a base for a visit to Paris. Our visit was short, but had we stayed longer, the flat was very well equipped. The second sleeping area is very small. The neighborhood offered lots of cafés and shops to meet one’s needs. Close to transportation options yet walkable to many sites if one chose. Checking in with codes for the doors made it a quick and smooth process. Overall a good experience.

Long awaited Family Vacation

After having our family trip put off due to covid (like everyone else) we were very excited to finally make it to Paris with our family. This apartment was incredibly conveniently located, just a 10 min stroll from Cathédrale Notre-Dame. We had coffee shops, great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within just minutes walk. With young children, this made everything even more convenient. The property itself is a beautifully renovated loft apartment in a lovely Paris neighbourhood. Christophe was very responsive & helpful. We highly recommend this property for your Paris adventure. We've bookmarked it for future trips.

Wonderful few days

Really super location, near the heart of Le Marais but just north of the most heavily touristed areas. Many restaurants and bakeries, and several metro stops, within an easy walk, The apartment was on the 5th floor and the elevator was a major plus. Rue de Turenne was a busier street than I had anticipated, and there is a school just across the street, so noise can be an issue in the mornings. We were a family of 6 (2 older, 2 middle-aged and 2 pre-teens), and I think I would recommend this apartment mainly for a 4-person family. The living room fold out bed wasn't very comfortable, nd the 2nd bedroom is very small for normal-size adults. Also hote that if the weather is hot, the only AC unit is in the living room. With those caveats, I still highly recommend this apartment.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance of Notre Dome and even the Louve. The queen bed was very comfortable and didn't cause us any back pain like most beds do. There were different appliances such as a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher, but no instructions on how to use any of them which would have been helpful. Laundry degerant was not supplied so we had to buy it and left it there for the next person to use. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more. There was dishwasher pods and a tiny amount of dish soap provided. Check out instructions weren't sent to us until the day before we left and so we never saw them until we were home from our vacation; I think if those instructions were given upon arrival it would helpful. There was a wall AC unit which was very helpful for staying comfortable. The flat was spacious and comfortable. There were no lights in the hallway of the building when we arrived and it took us until the next day to figure out that you have to turn them on when you come into the building (there is a button on the wall in the lobby) or there is a button by the elevator to turn them on for a few minutes (they are on a timer to save energy). The kids bedroom was fine for our kids to stay in but not really suitable for adults as the ceiling is very low. The kids liked the room, I think because it felt like their secret forte. I would stay here again for sure. We really enjoyed our stay and the neighbourhood was great.

Great apartment with relatively convenient location. Host was very responsive & helpful. Air conditioner was nice to have, 2 Metro stops within 10 min walk, supermarket & bakery & restaurant options nearby. This was a great alternative to hotel rooms for our family of 5.
