When we arrived the hotel is have refurbishment the staff greeted us well the problem was the builders are all over the hotel and staff moved us but things haven’t been finished in the rooms and we didn’t get room with balcony the breakfast wasn’t that good because it’s a temporary kitchen and thing where running out quickly the hole hotel and area in saint ouen is getting dug up for the Olympic and I was a nightmare for my mum how is disabled if we had know this was happening we would have pick a different hotel for are stay

Everything was great. Point of note if using the hotel car park it is very tight and not suited to larger cars.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is located close to a metro station, and a short walk to numerous restaurants (the nearby pizzeria is a must), stores, and pharmacies.

Friendly helpful staff. Dislike a lot of roadworks around property, blocking pavement/pedestrian access. Dirty littered Streets/Roads near property.

Not only was the price right, but everyone on staff was amiable and helpful - this is important when traveling in a foreign country. Breakfast (small lunch) was perfect with a good selection. Will definitely recommend.

More of a business hotel, about a 5-7 min walk from the Marie de Saint-Ouen Metro station. We had two rooms for 3 adults & 2 kids, with a spare bed provided by the friendly hotel staff, which also spoke fluently English. The rooms had a shared door in-between that allowed us to easily go back and forth between the rooms. Great value for what you get - in ~30 min you can reach downtown Paris by Metro, Sacre Coeur in maybe 15 min, which makes this a pretty decent location. There was a lot of construction going on next door so it got noisy in the early mornings - no big deal if you can keep the windows closed. But on hot days you might want to open them as the air conditioning was not powerful enough to keep the room somewhat cool.

I liked that the hotel made an attempt to be eco-sensitive by not replacing towels every day. Facilities were clean and comfortable. The two room layout suited our family perfectly. I would have liked milk/cream available for the tea/coffee in the room. We couldn't get the AC down low enough so we were too warm overnight. The desk/shelf next to the bathroom was coming away from the wall and seemed unsafe (Room 327)! Someone definitely needs to take a look and fix that!

First, unless you have a specific reason to visit Saint-Ouen there is no reason to stay in this area. The hotel is situated in the middle of a worker's housing district - nothing wrong with that if you live here. But even if you live here there is nothing to see or do. Few cafes, and poor quality. Winos slouched or passed out in the allies. Add to this that the staff is indifferent to any problems you may encounter. There are better parts of Paris with more to do and see and better hotels with responsive staff for less money.

Room was incredibly clean, offered to bring an extra bed up if a high bed wasn’t okay for our little one. Polite staff. About 10 minute walk to the metro. All good.

Great price and good location out of paris
The rooms are very large and clean, and the hotel has very convenient vending machines and laundry (for a charge though). Very close to the metro and plenty of local food options around!

AVOID SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS
I stayed here to visit friends. Was initially pleased with room size, welcome from reception staff and cleanliness. Would have recommended. HOWEVER. When I returned at 2am after visiting friends there was no one at reception and all the entrances were locked. This is not a safe neighborhood to be locked out in at night. I was shortly joined by a couple also hoping to return to their room. After approx 10 mins where we tried to join both the hotel and hotels.com by phone the guard reappeared. We were all very angry by this point as no indication if anyone was ever going to let us in. The aggressive guard then argued with me about how long we had waited. Proceeded to chase me toward the lifts asking what room I was in. I told him assuming he was planning to undermine m’y review of his work, but now am unsure if I can sleep as there is an aggressive male with access to my room in this hotel. Avoid like the plague..

Amazing! It was the best hotel! Iv tried several. There’s a lift. The staff are lovely and friendly. It was my birthday 29th November. They made me feel welcome and so informative. I would love to stay there again. It’s easy to get to main Paris. Rooms are amazing.

Stay was not what I expected. Rooms were small. Bed was low to the ground. No minifridge or microwave in the room. They didn't supply face/wash cloths so we had to shower with hand towels. There was no ice or ice machine available for ice. Overall stay was very disappointing.

This hotel is in a bit of a 'sketchy' area. In order to go to a cafe in the evening, you will need an Uber or Lyft. The hotel itself was very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows, Nice shower for one person. Easy to control the thermostat. Check-in and out was seamless. I wish the vending machines were equipped with credit card availability. Staff was very nice.

5minute walk to metro. Supermarket close by. Best baguettes in town just 1block away! Incredible staff! Very helpful and friendly! Luggage storage. This place was amazing. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family! Thank you very much!!!
