Summary:
Sur un magnifique jardin de type "jungle", au bout d'une allée et au calme absolu, 4eme étage sans ascenseur, un très bel appartement baigné de lumière. Double exposition Est/Ouest, bel espace ouvert avec coin bureau, cuisine spacieuse équipée, salle de bain, séjour/salle à manger et canapé lit très confortable. Télévision, internet HD, lave-linge. Lieu de vie très agréable dans un petit immeuble quasiment privé, entre Gare du Nord et Gare de l'Est.

Le linge de maison propre (draps, serviettes notamment) est inclus dans votre séjour et peut être remplacé à tout moment sur simple demande (frais supplémentaires de 35 euros applicables).
