Two steps away from Grands Boulevards, close to many bars and restaurants, this comfortable flat in the heart of Paris is perfect for visiting the city.
Located on the ground floor on a charming and calm courtyard, this large 33 sq. m flat is composed of :
- a charming living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- an open well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, hot plates),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment, umbrella,
- WiFi.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo

Staying in the 9th arrondissement, you will be in the heart of one of the capital's liveliest neighborhoods. Numerous designer boutiques, restaurants, bars, cafés, entertainment... are all within walking distance. You can also walk to the Moulin Rouge, the Montorgueil district, Montmartre or even Notre-Dame. You will only need to take the metro to discover the historic centre of Paris, the Père-Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, but also the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the great monuments that make Paris the most beautiful city in the world.

Worse experience ever just the checking was smooth I told him about some obvious issues,
Place was dirty, 2 broken fan , dirty sheet was hidden in bed , pillow had big stain on , sink in bathroom and shower was dirty full of hair place was unsanitary , I purchased cleaning materials to clean the place fit for staying bottom line I had so many pi you the place which showed the real place we we walk-in we left it cleaner than we found tv of the place does not work too , entrance to place have not been cleaned for years , place was not worth even 10 € a night it should be out of market, pictures are big lies

Appartement in sehr guter Lage
Schönes kleines Appartement in einer guten Lage, da das Appartment in einem hinterhof liegt war es sehr ruhig. Göße war ausreichend, auch wenn es etwas eng ist bei einem ausgezogenen Sofa.

La unidad está bien ubicada y limpia, pero no la recomiendo su estancia durante los meses de verano.
No cuenta con aire acondicionado y los abanicos son insuficientes y ruidosos.
No pudimos dormir las noches en las que nos alojamos.

Appartement calme mais mal entretenu
L'appartement est plutôt bien situé et calme. L'entrée est à côté des poubelles et l'appartement est ancien et mal entretenu malgré que sur les photos de l'annonce tout avait l'air neuf. Je déconseille.
