The rooms were dirty, the first staff very rude and didn’t want to respect the breakfast service on the first day. I only congratulate the weekend staff (a gentleman and a lady) who served us the food service although they had already picked up but it was still breakfast time

La chambre etait propre avec petit coin cuisine fonctionnel. Douche pratique. Juste dommage que pour 5 jours les serviettes et torchon ne soient pas changés. Chauffage facile à régler. Personnel aimable et à l'écoute. Emplacement de l'appart hotel pratique pour faire quelques courses pour manger sur place.

Déçus par cet établissement, même si le prix était très correct. J'avais demandé et insisté pour avoir 2 lits séparés (je voyage avec mon fils de 24 ans!) . Pas obtenu. Code d'entrée défaillant, clim qui fonctionne très mal et clignote toute la nuit ...

Chambre 108 : Climatiseur qui fait du bruit ainsi que le frigo. De l’eau dans le frigo. Boîtier du chauffage dans la salle de bain « cassé » avec fils électriques apparents. Pas de taies d’oreiller : donc redescendu pour en demander et on me dit pb de fournisseur, et on me donne des draps. Si je n’étais pas descendue je serais restée avec des oreillers « jaune ».

Je connaissais l’hôtel sous l’enseigne ADAGIO. Mais c’est la première fois que je séjournais sous Vacanceole : ils prennent une caution de maintenant (empreinte bancaire), il n’y a plus de cafetière et de bouilloire, et le départ est à 11h.

Chauffage en panne

Dans la chambre (302) dans laquelle j’ai séjourné, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas du tout : le chauffage de la salle de bain était à 26,5*C quand j’ai pris les clés. Je pense qu’il a été mis par le personnel afin de pallier au dysfonctionnement. Mais vu le froid qu’il fait, il faudrait prioriser la réparation ou le changement.

Récupération clé après fermeture réception nul

Je suis arrivée après l'heure de la fermeture de la réception. La clé avait été laissée dans le coffre mais le code du coffre n'était pas le bon (un couple avait le même problème, et la veille une dame avait eu le même souci) : plus de 40 minutes pour avoir quelqu'un via le numéro d'urgence.

Udemærket ophold. Dog var servicen meget dårlig, og man følte ikke at receptionisten gad at hjælpe en. Da jeg ringede for at få information omkring indcheckning, blev han nærmest fornærmet fordi man ikke kunne forstå hvad han sagde. Værelset var fint og renligt.

Aussi incroyable que cela puisse paraître , il n'a pas été possible de prendre une douche tous les jours !!! Impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude ! La direction a même refusée de me dédommager ! Frigo bruyant ! hôtel bruyant à côté du périphérique ! J'aurais aimé avoir un matelas correct mais il fût très médiocre ! Et pour finir erreur de facturation 10 taxes de séjours au lieu de 5 !

Premier problème nous avions réservé un parking le samedi vers 18h on nous annonce qu il n y a plus de place au parking obligé de trouver une place très loin dans les rues Deuxième PB on arrive pour rentrer dans l immeuble direction l accueil l ascenseur est en panne obligé de prendre les marche extérieur je tiens à préciser que je suis en invalidité Et troisième PB toute la nuit des branches sont venu frotter sur la fenêtre par suite de mauvais entretien des plantations extérieures
