Amazing location (right off of the Champs Elysees but on a quiet block, and 3 min walk to the Metro) and excellent service at the desk. Rooms are small (this is my 2nd stay) but have everything necessary (desk, Nespresso machine, closet, etc) and I don’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway, since there’s so much right out the door. The staff have recommended excellent neighborhood restaurants each time I have stayed, which is much appreciated. Highly recommend!

The Amastan has a lovely comfortable vibe. Breakfast is included and wonderful. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are small, some have terraces. Bathroom, in particular, shower, are a bit claustrophobic. Overall, a lovely choice in Paris if you like small boutique hotels.

Nice hotel, location was great, close to shops, metro and restaurants. Service is a little slow during breakfast. Also, very strange but my bathroom didint have a door. 🙄 We had two rooms and one of them had a very strong odor of humidity.

The staff was excellent. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They also speak many languages fluently. Additionally the location can’t be beat and the finishing touches are luxe. Highly recommend and a steal for the price!

Excellent hotel. Staff professional and nice. Breakfast included and was wonderful, chef is great. Beds are sooo comfortable. I would give 5 stars. And would stay there again.

This hotel was perfect for our stay!! The staff that ran the front desk was extremely friendly, especially Florent, who gave us lots of great recommendations and served us delicious drinks at the bar. The rooms are a bit small, but they have everything you need; besides, most hotels in Paris are small, boutique hotels. The hotel has a great location, close to Champs Elysees. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! We will definitely book again on our next trip!

It was modest, but nicely designed. The convenient lounge for arrival, meeting colleagues, etc. that also served coffee. This extended into a small bar with a heated courtyard. my room has a balcony onto this courtyard, which made access to fresh air very pleasant. The location was very central to all our planned activities.

Lovely boutique hotel very well situated in the centre of Paris. Great staff, very helpful and at your service. The wifi did not work very well in the bar area but I was assured that this was not a common problem. Maybe it was my computer.

my stay here was exquisite from the check in with cindy who accommodated me to an upgrade and helped with her great informative knowledge on recommendations, to william's kindness and always helped me when i called the desk or asked him for his help with bringing things to the room! this place is near by everything and it was never hard to get anywhere cos everything was close by! it was my first time here and hopefully won't be my last! Cindy was a charm through out my whole stay here and i thank you guys for treating us like golden!!! xo

We landed the same day it was a protest/ demonstration. My 84yr old grandma and I was stuck in the streets of Paris and had major difficulty getting back to the hotel. They should have told us not to leave or stay close once we checked in. This experience was not cool! In addition to I reserved one room and got another.

Boutique hotel in a great location
I stayed for two nights over the Paris marathon weekend. The hotel is brilliantly situated close to the Champs Elysées and, importantly for me, within easy walking distance of the race start and finish lines. It was expensive, it didn't appear to be anywhere near full- an indication of the steep room rate, but upmarket hotels in that area come at a premium. The room was small, as expected, but comfortable. It had coffee making facilities but not tea which I'd have appreciated. Lots of nice toiletries and warm dressing gowns and towels were provided. There's a pleasant lounge / bar downstairs and they serve food which they advertise as seasonal and freshly prepared, though I didn't eat there. Staff were charming and helpful.

The rooms are newly built but not well-kept by housekeeping. Housekeeping used a very unconventional tactic to clean my bathroom once, and could not be found on several days during my stay.

Nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty good location. It is located a fairly short walk from a Metro station. There are also a number of good restaurants close by. Our room was really small and the shower curtain was a bit moldy. But overall, I would probably stay here again.

All the nastiness of Paris in an elegant package. From the first moment that we arrived, staff was rude and unhelpful. They had lost our reservation, kept us waiting for hours and treated us with an attitude bordering on hostility. The place itself is elegant if cramped, well located in the eighth on a quiet street. But the bathroom in our room didnt have doors and the toilet was visible from the bed. Even if you know each other pretty well this is a little excessive. But more than anything it was the attitude of stuff that was unpleasant.

Disappointing
We were quite disappointed with this hotel in general. Basic things, such as getting our room cleaned and a moldy shower curtain changed did not happen. The moldy shower curtain was never changed, despite us asking the Front desk numerous times. The room was also never cleaned before 6-7pm. The staff is excellent at apologizing, but not great at actually solving the problems. It's quite a shame, because it's in a good location, and the hotel is very pretty. Hopefully they can sort out these basic service issues soon.

Great boutique hotel. Rooms are small, but your not in Paris to spend all your time in the room. Only thing I would mark them down for is that the breakfast at the hotel is very expensive.

Very nice boutique hotel by Champ Elysses
Since we arrived the staff was really nice and helpful. They were so kind to upgrade us to a room with a balcony. The room was quite nice and then bed was comfy! Breakfast was great! Champ Elysses and Arc de triumph was minutes away and easily walkable. The best highlight of our stay was the bar. The bartender Luc made phenomenal drinks! We definetly will stay there again next time we are in Paris.

Fabulous location but rooms are tiny
This hotel is in a great location for heading out and walking around the city. Two metro stations on your door step. I upgraded our room to have a balcony, and I am glad that I did as the room was tiny and would hate to have thought how much smaller the cheaper rooms were. Shower curtain in the shower is just a no go in this day and age. Had to have it replaced as it had mould on the bottom of it, which the staff were more than happy to assist with. The shower itself is miniscule, with no room at all to move in it. Very disappointing that the room and bathroom were so tiny. If travelling by yourself it is a good hotel for size, but the stand out by far is the proximity of the hotel to the city centre.

We went for a weekend away to relax. Central location and very comfortable beds. One of the days there was a slight sewage smell in the room but I think this was a temporary problem in the building as I overheard another guest mentioned it. Overall a very nice hotel in Paris.

New modern rooms, Great location
It is great hotel for Sinle or couples , it has new small rooms ,the rooms are very pleasant and modern, new shower with transparent glass towards the bedroom, Suitable for couples who do not seek privacy from each other or for single, very nice staff, will help you with any question , good breakfast.
