Malheureusement la salle de main avait des taches de moisis, les fenêtres étaients salles dont une chambre piquée d'humidité, Malgré un message envoyé à l'hote aucune action n'a été opérée suite à mes relances, L'appartement est très bien situé, toutefois des travaux de rénovation et de ménage dans une chambre sont à prévoir, enfin il était noté un parking alors que l'appartement ne dispose d'aucune place de parking, grande surprise à notre arrivée Au regard de ces éléments le prix n'est pas justifié.
