Wonderfully spacious apartment!

Stayed here with a family of four for a weekend of sight-seeing in Paris. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tour, and only a block away from 4 different metro lines. Wonderful restaurants near by. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, building was the same. Communication with host was clear and responsive.

Pleasant stay in good location

The apartment was great for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was conveniently located close to public transport and we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower.

This apartment is in an excellent location across the street from the Metro (but noise from the train was not an issue), near bakeries and restaurants. It was a short Metro ride or 20ish minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Clean place, spacious, would stay here with my family of five again.

Everything went well. The check in/out was a little challenging. It's hard to find the coiniceire when it's time to check in or out, but other than that the stay was good.

Great place!

Stayed with a family of 5. It was next to a train station, but we really did not hear it. The washing machine broke while we were there, bummer, but that did not take away from the stay.

Nicely, off the beaten path in Paris

Not a fancy apartment but totally sufficient for a family to visit Paris. It's a busy neighbourhood with some construction as of Sept'22 but mostly respectful during the night time hours. The host was great at communicating and the location is close enough to the action to be able to experience the city but not so close that the cost is overwhelming. Would recommend and stay here again.

Easy to get around with metro. Property owner was helpful and answered questions. No AC but fans provided so it works for most Paris days. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower.

Excellent location and plenty of space.

Upon our arrival we were met at the front door by the apartment manager. She showed us how to get in and out of the building. We were out on the town in 10 minutes. The host had great communication and responded to questions quickly. Fantastic access to the metro station and food.

Big apartment, good location

The apartment was very spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The bedrooms were away from the street, so that helped with city noise. The location was great for getting around town. The train was literally outside the door. Only a few stops to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and groceries nearby. One thing that would be helpful is a guest guide/info sheet with wifi info, how to adjust the windows, how to work the tv, etc.

Great place for paris stay!

Due to the excellent paris metro system, and the location of this place directly across the street from a stop, you can really get anywhere. The apartment is both centrally located and yet very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Omar, though we never saw him, was very easy to get in touch with and extremely responsive. Our only criticism, is that it got a bit stuffy at times in the apartment, so we needed to leave the windows open. The apartment is well equipped and we would recommend people to stay there!

Great location. Great stay for Paris sightseeing.

We came with our 13 and 7 year old. It was comfortable with everything we needed and a full equipped kitchen. It was just across from the Metro near the Eiffel, but quiet, away from tourists. We enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants. There was a boulangerie across the street for fresh bread and croissants, a grocery down the street. It was very clean, had plenty of towels, etc. The property manager was easy to communicate with. All is as great. We would definitely rent this again.

2 Days in Paris

The on-line photos are representative of what to expect with this 5th floor apartment. Finding the location and the check-in process was easy. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and is on the border of the 7th and 15th Districts. The #6 Metro line is right outside the front door which makes access to the city and airport very easy. Amenities are adequate but do not expect high end finishes. It was hot while staying in Paris (33-35C) and a fan or two would have been welcome given there is no air conditioning. Overall the apartment suited us well as we spent most of our time sightseeing.
