This 2 Bedrooms ./ 2 full Bathrooms apartment address is on rue saint Paul in Le Marais and a few steps away from the Seine river which now offers a waking and tree planted bank . The nearest metro stop are Saint Paul on line 1 and Sully Morland on Line 7.

The apartment is on the 6th top floor with elevator ( 7th floor american) . It consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm by 200cm or 72 inches by 80 inches) with its own en suite full bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds ( each 90cm *200cm or 36 inches by 80 inches) with it own en suite full bathroom . One of the bathrooms has a separate washer and dryer.
The apartment comes with free WI-FI and international cable channels. It has a view on the Notre-Dame cathedral and the Eiffel Tower . The living room has an A/C wall unit.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers high quality linens and towels.

Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris. XVII century old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions) and gardens. Museums. Luxury shopping, galleries and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 200pm.

Marvelous Time

Spent spring break with my wife and teenage daughter at this locale which was ideally situated and provided ample space. The common area was spacious and the view was nice too. The master bath was smaller than the other bathroom and the decor was sparse but it proved to be a really great space for us in a lovely neighborhood.

Great Apartment in the Marais

Fantastic location in the Marais, near the Seine river. Great neighborhood lots of great places to eat and shop! The apartment has a view of the Eiffel Tower and is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this apartment for an amazing stay in Paris.

Beautiful property with an amazing view in a great location. Very clean, great decor and quiet, the view of Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower was magical. The apartment is huge and perfect for a family of four. Really enjoyed staying in Le Marais will definitely be back.

Great location, great apartment

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms accommodated four friends visiting Paris quite well. The apartment was clean and well appointed, and very near to great cafes, local markets and the St. Paul Metro. Oliver was a great host and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Paris Stay

The location of Olivier’s apartment is perfect; right by the Seine, there are many cafés, restaurants and attractions in a short walking distance. The metro stop is also very close. The apartment was very comfortable and exactly as described. Nikola met us for check in and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend for a Paris visit!

Fantastic comfortable perfect apartment

I stayed in this apartment with my teenager and 75 year old parents. It was perfect! It was so accommodating and comfortable for our group. It was peaceful with a fantastic view. Everyone was thrilled with the space. The beds are super comfortable and the location can’t be beat!

Aside from the fact that there were insufficient instructions about operating appliances - and the fact that we were unable to access the French news channels such as TF1, France 2, and also Canal , the apartment was satisfactory. Being on the top floor of the building, it was warm and, even with the heat turned off, we opened the bedroom windows to sleep. The location is superb.

I would highly recommend this apartment. It has 2 full bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. Very convenient to St Paul metro, restaurants, and grocery. It is clean and well maintained in a secure building with an elevator.

We were looking for 2BR/ 2BTH in the Marais, and this place is wonderful. Plenty of room for four people with a well stocked kitchen. Neighborhood is interesting with lots of restaurants and boulangeries. A block from the river and Ile St. Louis. We will be back.

Wonderful Stay & Location

The apartment is located in a charming part of town near the Marais district. Many bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Centrally located near all historic sites as we were able to walk to most. Beautiful view of Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower from the apartment. Safe, secure, clean and perfect for a family of 4. Perfectly Paris

Superb!

We can’t say enough about our host Olivier. Not only was he gracious and welcoming, he went above and beyond to help us with a medical emergency and came to the apartment afterward to help with follow-up care. This apartment was as advertised - updated and clean, located in a charming Marais neighborhood with cafe-restaurants, boutiques, and food markets nearby. Walking distance to Notre Dame, 1/2 block from the Seine, views of iconic monuments. Would book here again in a heartbeat.

My teenager and I stayed for a week - wonderful visit. The location is close to 2 good subway stops and easy walk to most major attractions. Our host was helpful and flexible to let us in a little early. Extra bonuses : 2 bathrooms and a half bath helpful for teenagers, also doors that can close off the living area from bedrooms. AC works well and can also open windows for fresh air. Great views from top floor, working elevator and secure entrance.

Great Paris Vacation

We stayed in Paris as a family for our 5 day vacation and this apartment was perfect for us. The apartment is very modern and exactly like the description. The location is amazing as it is within walking distance of Notre Dame, Hotel de La Ville and Le Louvre. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Clean, modern, spacious and views as advertised. Cafes, grocery stores, bars all within a 5 minute walk. 12 minutes to Notre Dame. Building itself is very modern and very good security. Great value for the money. We travelled as 2 couples and it had everything you could need. This is a great spot to launch from in Paris. I looked like a hero for booking it.

Two couples, all over 70 and with some mobility issues, spent two weeks in this lovely apartment. The elevator is a few steps from the apartment door. The space is well designed and spacious, with good light and ventilation. I wondered if the orange chairs would be comfortable, and they are. The washer/dryer worked well. We found five good bakeries, a Monoprix, and many places to eat within half a kilometer. Le Village St-Paul is across the street; Quai des Celestine is a few steps away. There's a nearby street market--at the Bastille--twice a week. Metro and bus connections are close, and it's easy to hail cabs. Our host's greeting was clear, informative, and cordial, and he solved a last-minute crisis (mislaid passport) that would have ruined our trip. I offer the strongest possible positive recommendation on this beautiful apartment.

Great location and host

We loved our stay in this two bedroom condo on sixth floor. Great restaurants in area and easy access to two metro lines. Roomy bedrooms, bathrooms, den and kitchen. Clearly a recent remodel and everything works nicely. Quiet neighborhood and good building security. Olivier is very fast on follow up and very eager to optimize check in and out, arrange for luggage before check in, etc. Thankfully the den air conditioner was strong and the bedrooms had strong fans given that our stay was during a September heat wave.

A small but stately appointed reception lobby area. Very clean and excellent services. A very friendly staff who attends and accommodates all our needs. The rooms are very clean. Our family had two connecting rooms on the 6th floor and we truly experience Paris in all her beauty and charm. The central location literary next door to the Arche de Triomphe made this a special and convenient place to celebrate the New Year countdown. This will our preferred stay while in Paris with the convenience Metre entrance (Charles de Gaulle - Étoile) literarily right at our front door, within 10 steps, max. Highly recommended !

The finest apartment in the best location ever

Olivier's apartment is stellar, could not be more perfectly appointed. Modern, clean, spacious, TERRIFIC location 1/2 block from the Seine, down the street from many restaurants and three excellent boulangeries. The view of the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame added to the ambiance of the lovely neighborhood and luxury feel of the space and the building. It was truly the nicest apartment I've ever stayed in. Could not recommend more highly. Olivier was warm and timely for checking us in and giving us the tour of the space. He was also helpful when I had a couple questions. One activity we enjoyed was a baguette making class at one of the boulangeries nearby, within a 2 block walk of the apartment. Le Marais is such a wonderful base for a vacation, with lots to do nearby and easy access to the metro for all the Paris sights. Will come back and stay here again in a heartbeat if given the chance.
