Very bright, with 2 beds for up to 4 people. 2nd floor. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, latest-generation flat-screen TV, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, WIFI with fiber and also Dyson Purifier Purifier and Cool fan, brand-new equipment, fully renovated in Sept 2021 with high-quality finishes.

Great location

We had a lovely stay with our family of four. Claude was very helpful during check in and offered several recommendations for dining which were a short walk away. Location is close to metro - would stay here again !

Outstanding Location

We were pleasantly impressed with the flat. It was centrally located for our forays around Paris. The flat itself was warm, quiet and comfortable after our excursions. The host was friendly and very helpful in checking in.

Great location, in the heart of Paris

This apartment is in the heart of Paris. You could easily spend a couple of weeks exploring just the 1st and 2nd. And within the block, including right outside the door, you have Boneshaker/donuts, Cookie Love/amazing cookies, Mister Garden/extremely fresh salads made to order, rue de montorgueil/fantastic market street, and the incredible rue du Nil. The apartment is just the right size for two peole. Claude is always available and flexible with arrival and departure. Many thanks, Paula and Tom

Comfortable and Central!

Claude is a wonderful host—always available and a great communicator. The apartment has a great layout and amenities. The neighborhood is close to metros and so central. We will return!

Fantastic location!

Beautifully clean and very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Easy to get to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and other attractions. Tons of great restaurants, patisseries, wine and cheese shops to choose from very close by. Claude is a gracious host, easily reachable and gave us many valuable suggestions. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Comfortable Stay in a wonderful Neighborhood

This is our second stay in one of the apartments in this building. This apartment is just like the previous one we stayed in, spacious, clean, well-furnished and comfortable, though slightly larger. Claude is a wonderful host, he let us check in a few hours early for our stay. We really enjoyed the neighborhood again and its proximity to restaurants, sites and shops. All in all, a great!

Very nice spacious apartment

I stayed five nights. The living/kitchen area is very roomy, with Streetside windows which made the place nice and cheery.Bedroom was quiet almost no outside noise at all. Washer/dryer was a big plus. Very modern and new feeling. Apt is on the third floor with a tight spiral staircase. As I was by myself the owner assisted me with luggage. Television was not available. Internet was non-existent at times, but owner brought in a new box. I would stay there again. Had breakfast at Pettite Carreaux around the corner. Metro stop was convenient to get to.

Claude was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was great, truly in the heart of Paris. Pack light because there are stairs but it did not detract from the experience.

The property was just as advertised. A wonderful location with easy access to the Metro, clean and well maintained property with a nice kitchen with cookware. As expected with an apartment in a busy area of Paris, you could here street noise from the TV/Kitchen room, but the bedroom is behind a wall towards the center of the building so it was very quiet for sleeping. The Internet worked well. Claude was very helpful and always available if needed. We'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the center of Paris.

We stayed for two weeks in September. The apartment is ideally located for an extended stay, steps away from Rue Montorgueil, with numerous restaurants, bakeries, fruit and vegetable markets, and other boutique vendors. Claude is a wonderful host and responded immediately to several small requests we had. The apartment is very modern and updated, with great A/C, a nice kitchen, and fully stocked. Excellent security, as you pass through two self-locking doors to access the apartment on the second floor. There are some slightly rickety stairs, so if someone has mobility problems, this could be an issue. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay in Paris at Claude’s apartment with our family of 4. Claude provided us with a warm welcome, ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay and even allowed us to check in early to help our kids (ages 4&6) rest after a long night of travel. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very quiet at night. The location was perfect - right around the corner from Rue Montorgueil, which was full of restaurants, little grocery shops and some of the best boulangeries in Paris! We were also just a short walk from many of the beautiful sights in Paris - the Louvre, Jardin Tuileries, and several playgrounds for our kids to enjoy. We will absolutely return on future visits and highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

Amazing apartment

Comfortable apartment at Sentier. Bathroom is great, kitchen has everything you need for a long stay, the neighborhood is fantastic if you like local nightlife, and Claude is a fantastic property manager! Will definitely stay here again!

Our family loved our stay and we were not ready to leave. Claude was a wonderful, communicative host and provided recommendations and support during our stay. The apartment was centrally located, convenient to several metro stops, and in a fun and vibrant neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options. The space was spacious and bright, but very quiet - with comfy beds and everything we needed for breakfast each morning. The air conditioner, dishwasher and washer/dryer were great perks to this clean and airy space. Please note that the spiral stairs to the unit are quite old and a bit uneven, so we would not recommend an upper floor for folks with mobility issues as toting luggage could be a challenge. We were glad to find such a nice home base for our trip and would stay again.

Fantastic!

Great location to stay! Very well located, close to different metro lines to reach all the Paris must see. Walking distance to the Louvre and surroundings. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Excellent attention from the owner and many small details in the flat make the stay a pleasure.

The Best

Our 5 star rating of this apartment makes it unnecessary to repeat the praise of other visitors. Some aspects, however, have not been mentioned. Everything is of the highest quality. The very long sofa/bed is extremely comfortable. The bedding and towels, are luxurious with a choice of light or warmer duvet, soft or firm pillows. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. The toiletries provide are above standard. There was even shampoo "extra doux" for children! In the bathroom, ample storage is provided for personal items. The full size washer and drier enabled us to travel with only carry on. There was always sufficient hot water. Claude is the host par excellence. He responded to all our emails promptly. He generously connected us to BBC World News which previously had not been available. His personal, warm approach was greatly appreciated. Our sojourn of 5 weeks was not enough. We hope to return. Douglas and David

Fantastic Paris 2ème flat near Marché Montorgueil

We loved this apartment, the vibrancy of the neighborhood and the delightful host, Claude! The place is spacious, comfy and well equipped—it worked perfectly for our stay. Many different metro lines within walking distance and loads of shops, restaurants and the pedestrian Marche steps away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and appreciated the courtesy of Claude who made sure we had everything we needed!

Perfect location for a family stay

We traveled with our 6 yr old daughter and the apartment/location was perfect for the 3 of us. We were able to walk everywhere (Louvre, Montmarte, Eiffel Tower, Butte Chaumont, D'Orsay and Rodin) and only used public transport to and from the airport. The grocery shops and all of the markets you could ever need were right around the corner and we were able to eat in a few nights, and the other nights the restaurant options were all good. The apartment was clean and just as pictured and had everything we needed for the stay. The laundry machines were a big plus! My only tip is that the water heater is small, so if more than 2 people are staying, be sure to time out showers/doing dishes/laundry so everyone can have hot water (there is a scale on the heater, so you know if you are getting low). We were able to do this and it was not an issue.

Elegante, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung ist perfekt: mittendrin in einem schönen Viertel voller kleiner Läden und Restaurants, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, sie bietet gute Schlafmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Der Vermieter Claude ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten von hier aus wunderbar Paris erkunden, kommen sehr gern wieder und werden diese Wohnung Freund*innen empfehlen.
