Fully renovated in 2024, it has all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable short stay. The 10m2 bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm/200cm) a wardrobe and some closets. A nice and confortable living area with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with a shower, a washstand and water closet. High speed Internet with wifi with multiple channels accessible on your device. Location : You’ll find all the stores and convenience near by, some traditional market some days of the week, a pedestrian street with a lot of shops (rue Daguerre), some parks and a typical Parisian vibe! The flat is not far from central Paris, located in front of the métro station « Mouton Duvernet (L4) » and near « Denfert-Rochereau » station at 400m, where you’ll find : L6 et L4, RER B, Aéroports access, Bus 38 59 68 88 92 62). Tramway T3a. Included in the stay Linen and bath towels. Extra 50 Euros will be charged for a check-in between 20pm et 9am.
