Hotel Regina Montmartre
"No air conditioning (2 units in room looked great but we’re “under repair”) and fans were subpar and temps in high 90’s. Same with other guests. charged €2.00 for a tiny cup of black coffee. No wash cloths. Wouldn’t allow us to eat food from next door, at rickety table and chairs “for hotel patrons ..."
