Where to begin. First off, upon arrival after check in time, we were told our room type we pre-booked and paid for through Expedia wasn't available and they wouldn't know when it would be. We accepted another room that was so dreadfully small, we couldn't pass each other without one person sitting on the bed. And the beds, two single, that my feet hung over and had a plastic sheet that trapped the heat and moisture. The room was unbearably hot,vehicle advertising air conditioning, it absolutely did not have any. We didn't sleep at all. We needed water and asked for a paper cup or glass at the front desk and where told no. They couldn't offer us any. Despite having several restaurants. We asked for a steamer or iron, they told us we needed to bring our clothes down to a room in the lobby to use???? No coffee in room or kettle. We should have booked a hostel and had a better stay.

Wow, our stay here was terrible. It was honestly just one night, to catch a flight the next day, but if I would have known how this hotel was I'd have booked somewhere else. The hotel location is good since you're in the airport, but besides that, there's not much more good to talk about. The check-in was very impersonal, but I told myself that it was okay. When we got to the room, it was very hot, looked kind of old and dirty, but we worked with what we had. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, only one clean. The beds were a disaster, it was just a cot & mine had bedbugs!! Its been years since I've had to deal with something like that, I felt the bugs having an bite out of me and I had hives throughout my body. I was going to complain, but I decided to just make it through that night to be able to get home. The next day we went down to the breakfast buffet, what a nightmare! Not only is it very limited, everything is cold, even the eggs! Lots of pastries, few cereals, but the basics of eggs & ham and the likes, seemed to prepared very early and by 7:30AM they were as cold as ice. I honestly had some juice and fruits given that scenario and left. Check-out was okay, staff member could have been more patient with my French, just as I had to be with his English. Anybody that speaks more than one language should be treated with patience & respect, because most of the time they are thinking & translating in their heads before speaking. I definitely will not be coming back!

The staff were very courteous and efficient.. everything was clean . My only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very efficient making my room uncomfortably warm. It is in a great location for access to the airport and trains.

We used this hotel specifically for a fly out early in the morning hotel option. The ac system did not work so we didn’t have a very good sleep if at all. The buffet dinner offered was fair value and good selections. The coffee shop attached was great. We did like the easy walk access to the terminals for the early morning flight. I would use agai. For this purpose

Great value for the money, just needed clean convenient place before our trip back to Calif. Very clean, altho room is small <100sqm, it was just enough for 2. Very convenient to terminal 1, w/ free tram shuttle to term 2& 3. Transportation to downtown Paris, etc., was just outside and runs regularly metro, train and bus. We didn’t try restaurants at hotel, but they look fine, there's even an all you can eat buffet for under 30€ at La Terasse. Very good, would recommend for budget travelers.

The room is comfortable, if a little small but perfect for a stop over. The bathroom situation is just not up to scratch though. The shower feels like a one you would get when camping, the water is not contained in the cubicle at all. The shampoo/body wash/hand soup product is cheap and left my hands and body totally dry - and the hairdryer heated up so much in my hand I was scared to use it to fully dry my hair. Cheap, cheerful, good location - lower your expectations and you'll be fine. The breakfast was not great either.

Hotel was small, right across from terminal 3, you can take a free shuttle from all terminals to it. Rooms are small but clean. Multiple restaurants at the property as well as a Starbucks. Perfect if you have a canceled flight or a long layover.

Great airport hotel spacious room restaurants downstairs etc. Quick 5 min shuttle ride to the terminal. Bathroom is very tiny though almost like bathrooms on planes and strange because the room was quite spacious. Wish they used a few sq ft for the bathroom instead of weird cupboards and shelf's.

There were no signs or directions from the airport, I later found out I could have got a shuttle train there ( not advertised) instead I got a taxi which was an extortionate price for the short trip. Clean and comfortable, but had a problem with the key entry ( which was later rectified by staff). Shower didn’t work properly !! The seating area in the restaurant is way too small and not enough seats for the amount of guests !! I think the price was too high for the room !! Won’t be staying again !!

The ibis was the perfect place to stay when landing at terminal 3, Charles de gaulle airport. Easy walk from baggage claim to the hotel. The room (676) was quiet, tidy and had a great view! The pizza place downstairs was ok. If you want to save money there is a Monoprix grocery store just 20m from the hotel with a dinner deal. There are microwaves to heat your food. Didn't use this option, but it was tempting. All in all the hotel was a perfect overnight stay to catch my flight the next morning without any hassles.

I liked being able to take CDG shuttle to the property - though it took a long time to get there through CDG. The room was tiny. The bathroom was closet size with some mold on the shower door. No dining before 7pm for weary travelers used to different time zones - except at coffee bar. Disappointing. Would not return there.

I had a great stay. The place is super clean, restaurant in the hotel so you dont have to worry much about food. The train station is close by . I managed to get to town and back with no issues i would definately stay with ibis again

It is a great hotel to stay the night before going to the Airport. The Train shuttle for the airport terminals is just a few steps away. The rooms are good. The hotel has a restaurant and a coffee shop. We were able to park the car, check-in, return my rented car, and go back to the hotel, in less than 60 minutes. It was very convenient to avoid the morning rush to the Airport.
