"Hotel was very cute and had charm but the walls were paper thin, the doors didnt even go to the ground, bed was super uncomfortable and rickety. The biggest issue was they decided to have a big kitchen delivery in the middle of the night... from about 3am to almost 7am we banging doors, throwing boxes, mobing the truck and clunking the dolly up and down the ramp. Ot shook the windows and made it impossible to sleep. "

"This place was amazing. Great location near everything downtown, river, trails, university. I loved walking out the door right into the middle of it all and yet it was very quiet in our place. One of the nicest kept locations we've stayed. With its ground floor entry next to the hill, it doesn't have a lot of views, but you can still see the giant M on Lookout Mountain from the living room. Very well kept flat with some nice old touches like the curved wall and wainscoting. Yet very well modernized. I was there for business at the university but the location made it into a lovely holiday to boot. A couple of blocks from the river trail that takes you right into the canyon. It would be fun for tubing or swimming in the summer, (if there is any water left- very dry year)."

"Everything was great, but the coffee in the hallway comfort station made me never want to leave. I get up EARLY and I could brew myself a hot, fresh, perfect coffee at that early hour. Enough said."

"The pictures make the space look larger than it is, which is fairly normal. However, first night I got locked out do to the door electronic lock thing running low batteries and refusing to unlock. Had to call the after hours number, they didn't come to fix the batteries until noon the next day. They have a large bug infestation at the moment. I've lived in Colorado for a long time, and even if the weather is weird this year, that is no excuse to having to wake up to bugs crawling on you and finding bugs everywhere. I stayed here because I was getting Married in Golden ans wanted to sleep closer to our venue. Next time I would rather spend the extra money on a hotel bug free. I have so many pictures of the bugs here. "

"We stayed at this location for my bachelorette weekend, and it did not disappoint! It was EXACTLY as described, and the cleanliness was next level. As someone who typically brings spare sheets to rental homes just in case, I did not even think of pulling them out once. All of the beds were also very comfortable and the whole group remarked on how well they slept. Jill was very responsive and left the most clear check in and check out experiences. I cannot recommend this house enough!"
