"No air conditioning even though they advertise as having A/C. I went down to the front desk after trying to turn it on in my room unsuccessfully and was told that the "owner" had not turned it on yet for the hotel to save cost."

"This hotel is old-world in my favourite way. Lavishly decorated in Baroque-period knock-offs and hand-painted antique pieces, it is super comfortable and big! Huge pool and I had it all to myself for an hour before anyone else showed up! Personable front desk staff on 24 hrs, which is not always the case in other hotels. Comfortable beds, pillows, air conditioning, hotel amenities in the bathroom and a large breakfast buffet. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the AMA Festival...

"I highly recommend Due Mori hotel. It is wonderfully located at the heart of the old town. In no more than two minutes by walk, you can reach great local restaurants, amazing pastry shops as well as the main square (Piazza degli Scacchi) and the castle. Its staff is extraordinary helpful. During our stay, Mr Alberto (at the reception) was extraordinary helpful in scouting for a place to dine while it was already late at night. "Cortesia, professionalità e disponibilità a profusione. Colazione a buffet abbondante e senza limiti. Pulito e con rifiniture nuove o comunque in perfetto stato. Ottimo. Attrezzato anche a favore dell'ambiente: colonnina per ricarica macchine elettriche disponibile insieme ad un ampio parcheggio, e tanti metri quadri di pannelli fotovoltaici su buona parte delle coperture. "Beautifully re-purposed estate. The hotel hosted a large event one night, making the restaurant unavailable; and the noise from the crowd was too loud to sleep until well after midnight. Similarly, the noise from the restaurant on our second night was too noisy to sleep until after midnight. The room is designed in a strange manner that puts the bed up three steps on a platform, and the window controls are not within reach without an unnaturally high step up on another platform against the well....

"Our stay at Antica Abazzia was amazing! We took advantage of the bike rentals and biked to Bassano Del Grappa, which is the cutest little town! Our room was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is amazing for lunch and dinner! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel! "
