"Spotless, quiet, and magical. I felt comfortable and safe as a single traveler. It was a little difficult to get to if you have mobility issues and be aware it is all stairs if you have large luggage. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was delicious!"

The location was perfect, right in the middle of Citta Alta so cafes, restaurants and points of interest are all close by. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. "Very beautiful hotel in an historic part of Bergamo. Only negative is the car parking which requires a special pass in advance. Room is spacious, with lots of amenities like a free standing jacuzzi tub and a small sauna. The bar restaurant was also very nice. "
