"Das Hotel wird vom Vater und seiner Tochter Alba geführt. Beide sind sehr freundlich, symphatisch und sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist Alba, die sich außergewöhnlich um die Gäste kümmert, ihr war kein Weg zuviel. Das Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Berge war sehr schön. "Probleme beim Einchecken. Die verantwortliche Person glaubte der Buchung über ebockers nicht. Wir mussten nochmals direkt bezahlen. Beim Ausckecken gab es ziemliche Diskussionen. Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet. Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam.
