"There is nothing about the property I did not like - it is a large and unique property. Rooms are decent - the most unique aspect of the hotel is it vast areas for guest to hangout at foyer level - which is very useful"

"Second time we have stayed at the property, great location, well maintained, pool and sauna-steam room are great, fabulous views from the breakfast terrace. Only complaint bar staff , I don’t think the bar is part of the hotel staff. Barman Sammy very rude and has an attitude not suited to the hospitality industry."

"Stayed here solo before starting the Tour Du Mont Blanc trek and it was perfect! Situated between Chamonix and Les Houches directly next to the number one line bus! Great location, great staff, fun/nostalgic decor, all the amenities you can think of, reasonable food and drinks, and the view is spectacular! They offer luggage storage as well, which was just what I needed. Thank you!!!"

"I quite enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. There are 2 saunas, jacuzzi and pool at disposal to guests and were kept in great condition. Only complaint would be that the thermostat did not seem responsive, as it never reached the set temperature during my stay but it was kept a fine 22-degrees Celsius so it was fine, I just preferred a little cooler. Would stay again!"

"If you’re a solo traveller, staying a few nights, and you don’t mind the fact that there is no small fridge or kettle in the room, then it’s a good spot. Room 5 has a beautiful view of Mont Blanc (2 single beds) It was also one of the few places that offered partial refund at time of booking so that’s why I took it. I was travelling alone from Geneva. I took the Swisstours bus (1 hour and 15 min) and from the bus drop off, I took the number 1 bus (right next to the terminal). The bus ride to the hotel is less than 5 min. Small hotel that feels more like you are in a room in someone’s home, yet you have your own private bathroom. Polite, helpful staff. Clean room. Small but for myself it was fine. You can walk directly into town in 15 min, which is what I did both days, even with my suitcase for my return. (Or take the bus or train). Very safe as well. They offer breakfast downstairs for 10 Euros (I didn’t have it because I was out and about early both days.) In town, there is a grocery store, SPAR and some great bakeries that sell coffee and pastries and sandwiches or pizza at reasonable prices."
