The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 35 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be brought together to form a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in the historic center of Paray-le-Monial, on a small, peaceful square planted with trees, right next to the sanctuary. All essential shops are within 150 m of the property, as well as a shopping street with attractive boutiques (clothing, home decoration, etc.).

- The “Cité Mosaïque”: Paray-le-Monial has held the title of Cité Mosaïque since 2011.
- The Maison de la Mosaïque Contemporaine is a permanent mosaic art and exhibition center, and the place to be.

- Walks on the Voie Verte: by bike or electric bike, take the old towpath redeveloped as a cycle route and set off to discover Digoin and its canal bridge as far as the spa town of Bourbon-Lancy.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot around 50 m from the house.

- PLM bus serving all districts of Paray-le-Monial
- Nearest train station: Paray-le-Monial, 900 m away.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
