We stayed at High Mills Paros Hotel, Parikia and were really disappointed. The photos online are quite misleading — while the location itself is nice overlooking the sea , the hotel is not well maintained. Our room felt outdated and wasn’t very clean, with worn furniture and a musty smell.
The bathroom was especially unpleasant it felt cramped with poor water pressure and the shower had dirty rusty drain covers which felt very unhygienic. The air conditioning barely worked, making the heat...

"While this was a lovely little room, it Is misrepresented on Expedia as An apartment with a kitchen. It is a tiny 200 square-foot room with no kitchen facility. The host was lovely and very apologetic about the misrepresentation. It was a nice modern room with a big balcony, which was great."

"An amazing hotel that deserves being part of the SLH collection. We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we stayed for longer!
Positives:
- The service is impeccable! Everyone is super friendly, attentive and competent. This is what makes this hotel special.
- The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and quiet with gorgeous views (we had a full sea view). Beds are very comfortable.
- The grounds are lovely and well maintained.
- The pool is large and perfect for afternoon dips.
- The free shuttle service to Parikia and Naousa is excellent. Easy to book and reliable. The drivers are very friendly and easy to converse with.
- A good selection at breakfast.
Negatives:
- Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant, Olvo. Perhaps it was just the dish I ordered, but I had the lobster pasta expecting it to be exceptional at over €60, but it was lacking flavour and disappointing. The restaurant is also very expensive overall (€9 still water). Lovely atmosphere though!
- Our room got quite bright in the mornings as light seeped through the edges of the curtains and this woke us up a few times, but we are sensitive sleepers.
- Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8.45am (a bit early for us) and another time they knocked when we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign outside.
Overall it is a truly excellent hotel and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"We had an amazing stay at Paros Five Senses! The hotel was spotless – everything felt super clean and fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit.
The views from the property are absolutely stunning – you get a perfect view of the sunset every evening, which was a huge highlight for us. The bed was really comfy, and the breakfast each morning was delicious – fresh, local, and a great way to start the day.
A couple of small things to note: the shower is open-style, so water can splash out a bit if you’re not careful. Also, the road leading up to the hotel doesn’t have a sidewalk, so just be cautious if you’re walking – especially at night.
Overall, this place was a gem. Peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. We’d definitely come back!
