Great place to stay for a girls' weekend. Wonderful lounge, well laid out kitchen, comfortable beds especially upstairs, 3 toilets a bonus! Really quiet and soundproof. The downstairs rooms are okay but the one with the single bed is very small. Superb location.

This property is outstanding. Has a great seaview from the dining room window and only a short stroll to the beach and the shops. Communication from the host Genny was excellent. Absolutely highly recommend.

Wonderful location
Tge location was great for us as we live walking along beaches. Handy for trips to Kapiti Island. Paraparaumu Beach villages has lots on offer. Genny our host was fantastic answering virtually straight away. Enjoyed our stay

Spacious home with good amenities & plenty of parking. Handy to shops cafes & the beach. Great for a large family or group of people. Only slight quibble, small bedroom downstairs was quite small, when trundle bed was pulled out there was no space to walk down sides of beds.

Beautiful place
It was lovely to stay in such a wonderful place. The beach was within walking distance and so were heaps of shops. We also got lucky with beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the beach. The weather was perfect 🥰.

HI June, Im not sure what you mean by misleading on amount of beds? You booked for five adults, so we moved one set of bunks out of the downstairs bedroom and put in a king single bed which is more comfortable for adults. there were more than 5 beds for your group.??

Extended family stay
Great location, within walking distance of everything you need for all. The Lockup cafe is just over the fence, with superb food & coffee. A great place to stay for the extended family!

This property was perfect for two families as the upstairs two bedrooms were comfortable - each with a bathroom. Downstairs is not so comfortable and the single room under the stairs is very hot and pokey - the bunk room is not comfortable for adults to sleep in. Beautiful weather but very hot and no fans.

Clean, pleasant home. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again. :-) My 7 year old left a beloved toy by mistake and the owner volunteered to courier to me and she did so at no charge. Thank you so much for that. Things like that mean a lot.

Lovely Big house to stay in with a number of people
Great location, and owner easy to deal with. Hot water pressure in the showers was great. Would have been nice to see some non-synthetic bedding, or cotton sheets, and one of the bottom rooms was a bit damp smelling - didn't help that it rained while we were there. Loads of space and good kitchen facilities. Thanks!

Thanks for your review. We do appreciate it. The sheets that we provide on the two super king beds are 100% cotton as are the duvet covers upstairs.
