"The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was really nice with a great variety. The staff was very nice. The pool schedule did not work for our needs. It closes at 7pm which is too early in my opinion. "

"I definitely feel like they overdid the photos online because it doesn’t look like how it does on photos when you go in person. It was clean, refrigerator and AC did work and it was an okay stay i won’t be coming back but, if you need a place to stay i’d say why not."

"The air conditioning worked well, but the mini refrigerator was quite noisy. Management also refused to provide us with extra towels, and we noticed that the manager's wife was observing guests around the hotel, seemingly monitoring their activities."

"This place is in a rough neighborhood. The front desk lady did not allow us to use the restroom after our four hour drive in because we were not guests yet. Although we had a reservation we were not allowed to use the restroom. She was ok with other drug dealers and users to hang out in the lobby and parking lot. After we returned to check in we were charged another time, although I explained that we had paid through hotels.com. Then our room key didn’t allow us in to our room, so we had to get escorted by her to let us in. The hallways smelled awful like a wet dog or a failed attempt to clean up vomit. The room stunk like cigarettes and the bed was not comfortable. We only had two towels for the four guests. When I asked for more after we returned from dinner and had to get escorted to our room again. We were only given one more towel. When my son used the toilet it clogged. We told the front desk and were handed a plunger. Needless to say this place overcharges. I would never book here again or recommend it for a family."

" Very Unpleasant Stay When we arrived and checked in, the clerk asked if we were smokers. We told him no, and he said he would place us in a non-smoking room. However, as soon as we entered the room, there was a heavy cigarette smell—so strong that our eyes started watering. That should have been our first red flag. As I looked around, I noticed multiple cleanliness issues. The bedside tables were missing drawers, and there were hairs in the sink, shower, and on the floor. We also found wrappers left behind. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. To make matters worse, there was mold in the bathroom, and the smoke detectors had no batteries and appeared to have been tampered with. I went back to the clerk and asked if the room could be properly cleaned. I explained that we had found trash and hair throughout the room. He came in wearing only socks—no shoes—and simply wiped down the counters. At that point, we knew we had to leave. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more money on a better hotel "
