"Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. To top things off, the sheets and bathroom counter were covered in hair, probably the last guests. The sheets must have not been changed as the hair was all over the sheets under the blanket."

"We were given an upgrade to a bigger room which was wonderful! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and the woman at the registration desk was particularily helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. We loved the hotel and will definitelh stay there again!"

"Between finding a cockroach and black mold in the shower and the ridiculous “breakfast”, this stay was really disappointing. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged mini muffins, frozen prepackaged egg sandwiches to be thrown in a microwave, a coffee maker that had no coffee or carafe, and an “out of order” juice dispenser. It was unbelievably frustrating. The hallways’ carpets were lifting and tripping hazards, the elevator reeked like sewage, and my toilet kept running which kept me awake. The walls are too thin and I can hear babies crying across the hall, and there were fake lashes left in the bathroom. I asked for additional towels and was met with the response “you have enough”. I will never ever book there again and I advise everyone else to avoid them."
