"Booked to stay at hotel, room only, for two nights at total of $640 cd ($320 p/n]. Extortionate price due to Briar being on , which We accepted. Was very disappointed that despite that price the housekeeping never even bothered to make our bed. The room was serviced, coffee etc replenished, toilet roll folded over, but bed was not remade. Was not value for money.and shocking service."

"Mattress was not firm we both sunk towards the middle. Food at room service was not good, not the quality that we expected."

"All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff."
