"IWe liked everything about hotel but the restaurant in the evening 1.lighting very dark 2.Meals are without vegetables which were add ons /even though the meals were pricey enough without them We would like to see lighting addressed and meals to be complete and we thought a A price for one course or two courses or three complete with vegetables would have been a more generous and expectable form of enhancing our stay and likelihood of ourselves returning to otherwise a most lovely family hotel."

" The breakfast was amazing cooked fresh, & service very good. The wine a good selection. Lovely Room clean, except for the toilet brush wasn't clean. I tucked it into a corner so i didn't have to see it!"

"Scaffolding surrounded the property so the terrace was out of use. Our room was comfortable but not very clean, marks on bedding, dirty wardrobe doors and a very dirty radiator. Staff were very friendly Breakfast was delicious, lovely continental selection."

"Loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the self catering lodges which was great. Lodge was spacious and had everythigg no we needed travelling with young children. We used the hotel swimming pool and explored the grounds. Great location, easy to park and charge EV and in an excellent location for what we wanted. Staff helped with any query we had. The only thing I’d love to see was a few more condements in the lodge, what would be available if we stayed in the hotel. Will definitely stay again"

"This was the second time I chose Gwyndra House as had such a nice stay the first time. The lady who runs it is fantastic, friendly and always willing to help. The B&B is very near to the train station but you don't hear anything from the rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious, and as there are only 3 rooms, you really feel like you're being looked after. The breakfasts are amazing and highly recommended. I look forward to going back again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is superb, right on the estuary and next to the ferry to Polruhan. The staff were really friendly and the food was excellent. Highly recommended."
