"really nice place, in the countryside but near to all attractions! with locally hired scooters can get around the whole island in a short time! the owners are wonderful people ready to help you for anything! very clean rooms (every day changed towels and sheets)!
if you are looking for a quiet place to relax you've found it!
Thanks for all!

"At first the property seemed to be in a strange location (behind a car park) but we came to appreciate the calm quiet area. Close enough to the beach for a quick stroll down and far enough away you won’t be disturbed when the town comes to life at night! We loved the pool. Very clean throughout.
No breakfast available sadly. "

"Pros: Friendly staff, big rooms, spacious and very clean and affordable.
Cons:There are a lot of mosquitos in the room so make sure to bring mosquito spray. Also, the bed is very very hard. All in all it is a good clean option for the price."

"The rooms are shipping containers stacked and converted to hotel rooms in a parking lot. As such you can hear everything outside and the wifi/cell service is almost non existent inside. The entire bathroom floods with water when you shower around the toilet and sink. Our last night the breaker for our container and the one above us would trip often and we would have to reset it. "
"Dated but this also makes it quite homey and relaxing. Beautiful pools and gardens. Beach is clean and not very busy. Delicious and varied buffet breakfast.
After three nights we moved from second floor room with a nice sea and pool views above reception area, we moved due to AC issue to a ground level room on the south wing which was also good except for the wifi periodically stopped working. It had a bigger bathroom and easier access to the pool and beach so we didn’t move again even though they offered to move us back to the second floor as another room came available. For the inconvenience of having to move, we asked the manager for complementary buffet breakfasts for our two last mornings there and he agreed! We found all the staff helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend the resort to others. "
"Check-in was a total joke. We sat there for an hour (after check-in time) waiting for them to sort passports and paperwork and had to chase constantly.
Even when it got done the guy then said we have an issues with your room so it will take 5 minutes. 1 hour later still nothing so went to speak to manager who said room not cleaned yet so need to wait - I kicked up a fuss and manager came out and assigned a room straight away so turn off right from start.
Room was fine - a little dated.
Hotel is far too big but we knew that before so that’s on us.
Breakfast was pretty good
I would choose the hotel next door - Casa del Mar (it was already fully booked for our dates but definitely stay there instead - better location too).

"Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, great view of the ocean, the Intrix tap for potable water on demand, proximity to the beach, good enough gym, not too crowded place in Langkawi, near other restaurants.
The cons: There were obvious signs of wear and tear in the room, e.g. the hairdryer that only has one setting (on or off via the power switch at the socket; all the buttons on the hairdryer no longer work), scuff marks on furniture, dirt on cushion for the deck chairs, and marks on the bed linen though they feel clean.
The aircon could not be turned up higher even though there was a thermostat. I was freezing throughout the stay, but that is still better than suffering from heat. The breakfast selection was decent, but could have benefitted from more healthy options like yoghurt and more vegetables. The worst aspect was how the room did block mild and moderate noises but could not block loud noises. The room doors tend to slam shut very loudly and loud car noises can be heard too. So be prepared to be woken up intermittently when you're trying to sleep at night or trying to sleep in.
Notwithstanding the cons, I had a pleasant stay. "
"We paid for a sea view room, however the music in the evening was very loud even with windows shut. We opted to downgrade the following day to a room at the back with jungle view, which was much better. The rooms are okay, basic and could do with a refresh. The pool area is okay, plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel overall was okay but felt more 3* than 4*."
