We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, with views extending along the coast and over to the ruins of Camelot Castle. the staff are excellent, and as we were leaving, we got the chance to meet Ted, the wonderful artist who lives and paints at the Castle. "We got engaged in Boscastle at the start of July and so this hotel will always be special, but it’s special regardless. Beautiful building, exceptional food, lovely pub atmosphere, helpful staff. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade and the room was beautiful - huge bed, lovely en suite and high-beamed ceilings. The breakfast is included and it’s exceptional - best scrambled eggs I’ve had in years. Couldn’t rate more highly!"
