LOCATION - Did you know that PREMIUM floors at the beach are floors 5-10? Why? You also have less time on the elevator for stops and bringing your things in!

Come stay on the 8th floor in my beautiful 2.5BR/3BA condo with bunk room and queen sleeper sofa. It is completely furnished featuring a King Bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest room and a separate bunk area and all 3 have their own full size bathrooms. Also, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room or queen air mattress whichever is preferable. There is a 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and in master and 42" in guest bedroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. A full size kitchen with granite countertops with stainless undermount sink and a Chef's kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need including Cuisinart cookware and crock pot too.. Tile is throughout and ceiling fans!

Pier Park is half mile from Tidewater and Frank Brown Park across from Pier Park. Spring 2025 Dolly's Pirate show theater, Top Golf and Feburary McGuires opening by Pier Park too! Close by is Putt-Putt Golf, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World Marine Park, Bowling, Go-Karts, Bungee rides and restaurants abound. Our stay went very smoothly, condo room were very nice and clean. Communication with host was prompt. Walk to the beach very short. We did spend a lot of time at elevators, unable to take stairs much due to small children and a lot to carry. Avoid elevators during busy times.

I had an overall wonderful stay, and the host and rooms were great. One mark down for the facilities elevators, gym, and construction. Surely issues that will be working better in the near future.

Perfect Spring Break

This place was perfect for our stay! The bunk area bathroom is way bigger than the pictures portray and almost a third bedroom really. The beach wasn’t nearly as crowded as we expected and beautiful. Loved all the amenities and Sherry’s responsiveness with questions we had. Will definitely be back!

Great Girls Getaway!!

We really enjoyed our time in this condo at Tidewater. Elevators were a little slow but only during peak times, but we took the stairs a few times because it was right by the condo. The condo was very clean and just as it was stated! The view was beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Tidewater 814 is every bit as advertised. Clean, well stocked, amazing views, on corner by private elevator, and close to the pier and Pier Park. The host is very responsive and made the whole process easy. Will definitely look for this condo next time.

Awesome stay at Tidewater!

Overall great stay. East check in and check out processes. Room was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals. Rooms were very clean, got to use the beach chairs that came with the room, and the view from the balcony was second to none. Got many photos of stingrays playing near the shore. Will definitely look for this place again.

Condo was spacious, perfect for our family of 5. Beds were super comfy! The view was spectacular. Only things I would change is better cooking utensils and vacuum. Sherry was great at communicating with us and great to rent from. Will definitely be back!

PCB trip

Property was nice. Not many things withing walking distance other than Pier Park. May choose to be further down toward the east end of PCB if we go again. Host had excellent communication and everyone at the property was very helpful and nice! Beautiful beach area.

Fall Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. The unit was clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and especially appreciated being allowed to enter the unit upon our early arrival. Tidewater is conveniently located near Pier Park which made the fireworks show an enjoyable experience!
