Beachfront Condo 22nd Penthouse Floor with 10-foot ceiling

Welcome to The Beach Front Oasis!
Perfectly situated along the Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach, this newly remodeled 22nd floor unit is your home away from home. This modern and spacious condo with high 10' ceiling is located at Ocean Reef, Panama City Beach's newer condominium development!

Unlike the larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Reef is only 161 units, allowing its over 320 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. In addition, this condo is located on the less crowded West end of the beach, ideal for couple's getaways.

Here, you can enjoy the luxury of a beachfront property, that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy proximity to area attractions such as golf courses, a marine park Gulf World, a water park (Shipwreck Island) and the recently opened Pier Park shopping and dining complex including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, a new (16) theater multi-plex, Arron Bessant park and hundreds of unique stores and restaurants. Only 1 mile away from Pier Park, this unit is truly in the heart of Panama City Beach!

The Beach Front Oasis easily houses 6 people and is equipped with 2 queen size beds and 1 king size bed, to meet everybody's comfort requirements. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer to accommodate all your needs. The best feature of The Beach Front Oasis is the massive balcony that can be accessed from the open concept family room as well as the master suite. Here you can sit back and relax, with a margarita in hand, to watch the spectacular sunset along the legendary Emerald Coast.

*Admin charge of $75 is there to cover up to $1500 of property damage. Hence, I have waived mandatory property damage insurance / damage deposit.
*Please note that occupancy is limited to 6 total. Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age and the building does not cater to spring breakers. *

Great Oceanside location for Family

Our room was spectacular with an amazing view. The balcony had a lot of space for the 4 of us to lounge. The rooms and accommodations were perfect and getting to the pool and beach was easy. This location was great for us and our 2 kids.

PCB paradise

Clean, newly renovated condo was a perfect home for our families last celebration of summer. The kitchen was well stocked with almost all of our cooking needs. The patio was spacious and the views were priceless. From our condo we observed sea turtles, dolphins, rays and manatees during our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything about this place is wonderful. Great location, amazing views. The condo itself is spacious, well appointed, comfortable and beautiful. Its even nicer than the pictures. Also, the access from the parking garage to the elevator as well as from the condo to the beach makes things so easy. The beach itself is amazing and was never crowded while we were there. We hope we will be able to stay here again in the future!

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and even though we had a few snafu's, the owners were great to work with to help iron everything out...even though they were away in another country and opposite time zones!! As always, the views from the balcony are to die for, and the furniture is so comfy (inside and outside) you will not want to leave. Just a wonderful place to chill out and relax!!

Great condo in a great location for families!

This property is well-equipped for cooking for beaching. Perfect amenities for my young family of 5. We stayed during a top spring break weekend, and it was still relaxing for adults! Children enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool, which was nice in early March! The condo was clean and well-kept. Can’t beat the view and balcony! Just bring your beach towels and enjoy!

Spring break

Absolutely beautiful view of the beach, we saw dolphins almost every day. We had an eagle cruise right by us which was awesome, he was so close and of course none of us had a camera! Parking was easy , and we had everything at the rental that we needed. Lots of storage we enjoyed the beach. Definitely will come back!

Beautiful property in a great location

This was our second time to stay at this property and we will continue to return to this condo. The owners are fabulous with great communication! The condo itself is beautiful and has lots of basic items in the kitchen, as well as extras! My list of items I have to bring with me has greatly decreased because most of it is there for you to use. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the PCB area!
