Simplemente NO FUNCIONA, está cerrado y un candado en la puerta. Espere varias horas y cuando anochecía paso por allí una Sra y muy rápido dijo no funciona! A esa hora todos los hospedajes y hoteles repletos por tantos médicos que asistíamos al congreso Latinoamericano de Tórax, esa noche dormí en la alfombra del hospedaje de un hotel, luego encontré un Hotel, no un hospedaje a un mejor precio. Recomiendo a Expedia actualizar su base de datos para no maltratar a sus clientes como yo!

You get what you pay for...

the room was adequate, however the early wake up noise and late night arrivals would echo throughout the hallway making almost a nightmare to get any quality sleep. The airco was leaking and not working properly, the water was turned off due to plumbing work being done at 10 pm, no shower to be had the following day and toilet unflushable...front desk was very polite but we would not stay there again...

Not even closer to the hotel description

First when we got to the hotel they told us that we got a double room which meant we were going to share a bathroom. I told the person in the front desk that we needed a private room as in the description it never said that it was a shared bathroom, he told me that i needed to pay 10 dollars extra to get a private room. We paid the $10 dollars. At first the air conditioner was cooling but after an hour it was licking alot of water and not cooling. I went to the front desk and the person came to the room and told me to turn to heat for a couple of hours so the ice could defrost. It was extremely hot. I turned it on again and the same thing happened. Horrible experience.. breakfast is served at 8am which means most guest are gone by that time. Totally will NEVER recommend this place.

Good budget stay in a good location

I spent 4 nights here and enjoyed my stay. I stayed in the maracuya room, a single room located in the front of the building, with a big window. There are actually 2 rooms in the front, both with big windows, and these 2 rooms share the bathroom. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it had a good A/C. The shared bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast each morning varied between eggs, bread or arepas, jam & butter, cheese, ham, and fruit. Coffee and juice are always included. The staff here was also very nice & friendly. The B&B is in a good neighborhood in San Francisco & it's easy to catch a taxi from here, though I used Uber quite a bit instead. It is also right next to a really good restaurant/bar, Montaditos 507, where they serve delicious little appetizer-size baguettes/sandwiches & arepas. It is open late so it's very convenient when you want to grab a bite or grab a few drinks and not have to go far. Sometimes though, especially when a game is on TV, it can get a bit loud, so you can hear the noise in the front rooms, but it really wasn't too bad, esp. since they're only open until 11pm. And right next to the restaurant is a great dessert place, PalettAmerica, for some gourmet type popsicles/palettas! Having a comfy place to stay for a good price in a good location, next to good food & dessert was perfect.

Llegué, me pusieron en una habitación sin armario y con un olor a cigarrillo HORRIBLE. No se podía respirar. Les pedí cambio de habitación pero no había disponible. Tuve que dormir respirando ese olor que me produce alergia. Al siguiente día volvía a reclamar y me cambiaron a una habitación con BAÑO COMPARTIDO ya que no había una individual como había pagado. Estuve dos días en esa habitación compartiendo baño, hasta que por fin al cuarto día pudieron colocarme en una habitación normal como había pagado. La atención de Richard muy amable en todo momento, a pesar de estos inconvenientes.
