Terrible night kept awake by loud noises all night long. Ac in room very noisy. Plumbing very noisy. Reception area very noisy. Could hear every other guest moving around room, running baths /showers, flushing loo, hanging clothes in wardrobes etc etc all night!

This hotel is right on the boardwalk in the modern part of the city. It’s about a 35 minute walk to Casco Viejo or the historic part of the city. The pool area is very nice. The restaurant has great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was very friendly. Area is very safe and clean.

Muy organizado todo, la piscina muy tranquila. Los empleados muy corteses. Estupendo hotel para disfrutar en familia. Compramos el servicio del club que nos daba acceso al club lounge donde puedes desayunar de manera mas privada y tranquila y asi mismo te brindan un happy hour con aperitivos ligeros. Muy bueno todo.

From the moment we arrived the staff made sure that our room was clean and that their housekeeper had inspected it. Our suite had a view to the ocean and it was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food to choose from, including an omelette station. The staff at the restaurant was also phenomenal. The “Cinta Costera” is at a convenient front walk from the hotel. The staff at the hair salon was amazing as well. They quickly accommodated me to fix my hair and did an amazing job in record time. Although my visit to Panama was impromptu and short due to a death in the family, our hotel experience made this difficult time amenable. I will rate the hotel 10 out of 10 stars not only because of their excellent amenities but also because ALL their exceptional staff.

Most staff were helpful and welcoming. Our first room a bit dirty and the carpet was welted in several areas either due to a flood or aging. We changed rooms after the second night. Pool area was nice until something fell off of a high balcony from the residence next door. Overall it was an ok stay.

Experience a problem that was addressed within a few hours. Great service this is the way a hotel is supposed to be. Concierge was excellent with choices of excursions. Totally enjoyed

Felt like a family Hotel in the heart of the city. Convient to areas to visit. Staff very helpful..Small road sound barrier by pool wood be great. Up stairs observation area could be upgraded to be better enjoyed.

Room service at this hotel was absolutely horrible! You couldn’t get them to answer the phone. When they did they would take the order and it was never delivered correctly. Order always wrong: and they would take the rolling cart back, because they didn’t have enough. Called down to discuss with manager and he was not ever available.. they said he would call back and that never happened either.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. I would not stay at this property again because you can hear everything from the room next to ours. TV and people talking as if they were in the same room! They Turned on the TV at 6 am and came back at night at midnight, turned on the TV and talking went in for some time. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights and it was terrible every day and night.
